You did not make us happy at all. All though ultimately your products are fine your customer service and delivery is appalling and contributed to doubling the time it took to complete our bathroom renovation. I would not recommend anyone bother using soak.com

My deliver was scheduled for delivery and never turned up. I called every day and never once had a call back or response to my emails. Took over a week to resend the order. Customer services were shocking. I would try and avoid using Soak.

They didn't. Original order placed for three identical radiators. Goods sent to courier. Courier said they hadn't received them. We'd paid for the next day delivery. this clearly didn't happen. An investigation was opened. A week later, still no response, so left to me to chase again. I was told that a new order had to be made, which soak did for us. They also said they would refund our next day delivery charge from the first order. Very kind gesture, given we didn't actually receive them the next day. We were then told that the earliest we would get the new order was Tuesday 28th August, due to the bank holiday. We accepted this, as there was much else we could do about it. I received a text from the courier stating our estimated time of delivery on the Monday evening. An hour before the delivery was due, I received a call saying there was an issue with the delivery and it wasn't coming until the Wednesday. I was over the moon with this latest issue, as we had a plumber waiting at the house to fit these radiators for the second time. Again, as there was nothing we could do, we had to accept the late delivery. Wednesday came and to our joy the delivery arrived. However, our joy was short lived, as there was only one radiator. We instantly got on to Soak, to be be informed the second order which they had raised on our behalf was only for one radiator. Unbelievable right? Just wait, it gets better. We were then told we would have to order another two radiators to complete our order, only to find out the radiators were out of stock. The earliest in stock date would be the 15th September. I know, you couldn't make this up right. We have order the radiators and will have to wait for the next batch to come in stock. However, whilst looking on the website, I noticed the radiators had been reduced in price and have a further 10%off. This meant we could of save around a £110 on the order placed today. Given the numerous errors by Soak, you would think they would have said that and offered to refund the difference. But this is Soak we are talking about, of course they didn't. Summary, look at Soak for ideas and find an alternative supply to purchase from. I have never used such a shambolic company in all my life.

I have two toilets from Soak both of which were damaged. Still awaiting a third toilet and a call back from customer services. This is holding up the completion of the bathroom, builders have another job to go onto and still no resolution!!!

Still haven't received a replacement as original turned up smashed. Appalling customer service will never deal with this company again. BEWARE.

Item arrived fine and look good, toilet seat supplied is too small and the cistern came with a faulty inlet valve, I had to get my plumber to fit a part he carries on his van so that I could have a working flushing toilet. Soak have said they will not refund me for the faulty part because I have used a part from elsewhere so this has voided my warranty - DO NOT BUY FROM SOAK, THEY SUPPLY FAULTY PARTS AND REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING!

Terrible service three weeks in and still not received the towel rail or my refund. Soak "lost" my first radiator then when they said they would refund the extra a paid for next day delivery (eventually) they said they would despatch a second radiator which also I have not received. I have since asked for a full refund in full which I am still waiting for as I have list all confidence with these chambers. My view of soak.com.... amateurs in a professionals game... my advice... use Victoria plumb. Next day delivery on time and within the two hour window they promised and the delivery guys even took all the items upstairs for me. Take note soak.

The first unit arrived damaged. On my request a replacement unit was sent and it arrived damaged also to a greater degree than the first. The damage in both cases seemed to be as a result of the way it is packed into the box. There is no polystyrene packing to protect the base , plenty to protect the sides and top but the base is unprotected. The bottom of the unit is fragile and as a result the fixings to the sides get cracked . In addition there is obviously no quality control process in manufacture as screws were randomly missing from brackets. Very poor product.

I cannot review the quality of this unit as it has taken two and a half weeks and various phone calls to receive the basin which was not delivered on the original delivery

Very difficult to deal, advertise how easy it is to return an item and then make it difficult to return. Still haven't had a refund and so my emails are being ignore. Absolutely shocking service.

I would never ever ever ever ever buy from Soak again. Even if they were to offer me a 100% discount I wouldn't do it. Their customer service and delivery processes are ludicrous.

I can’t give a review of this product as it was delivered on 13 April in pieces. I have emailed Soak on several occasions without receiving a response. The one star is for Soak’s non existent customer service.

Had the unit arrived in a useable state I imagine it would do the job. But unfortunately Soak.com are incapable of delivering products undamaged having had the product arrive damaged on the 1st & 2nd occasion and the 3rd replacement being the completely wrong unit. Customer service is not this companies priority getting your money is. Safe to say I will never use Soak.com again and advise others not to either!

When purchasing there is no option to buy feet or even a suggestion thry may be needed. After the builder told us that it is too heavy to be wall mounted I immediately ordered some feet for it. I paid for next day delivery which cost me £12.99. The feet didn't arrive after a couple of days, called customer services toask why. They said that it wasn't sent as next day..... so you pay for a service and didn't get it. So I waited longer for the royal mail delivery, and even that didn't arrive. I phoned customer services to say that they still hadn't arrived. I said they haven't been sent even though the system said they were. I asked for then to be resent, to which customer services said we would receive two packs. 2 weeks later only one pack arrived. All round terrible service and poor communication.
