Arrived damaged. Phoned soak who said to send pictures and email and they will deal with it within 5 working days. Still waiting for response from them...

Item has still not arrived weeks after ordering. Called to complain and was told someone would contact me to advise when it would be delivered within 48 hours. Still waiting a week later. Terrible service

Ordered this shower door and only after I ordered and paid did they tell me that it wasn't in stock and I'd have to wait two weeks. I phoned to cancel and despite receiving written confirmation that the order had been cancelled, the order was dispatched and delivered. It's been over a week since the item was collected and I'm still waiting for my credit card to be credited with the refund

Service appalling ordered 3 towel radiators all the same. 2 correct 1 totally different delivered. The incorrect item also had dings of chrome blistering. Replacement sent arrived on day I was not in inspite of conversation to secure delivery for another day. Replacement also different item not even correct size or colour. Am now waiting for replacement for the replacement. All of this has of course incurred the cost of plumber returning twice. No mention if compensation

Don't buy from them. Goods delivered damaged after spending a lot of money.We received replacement after two days and again it was damaged.So we arranged third delivery ,after waiting for them entire day they didnt even show up.No compensation just apologies and we have to wait another five days that we are not sure if we ever going to receive the order. Also been told that if we sent back the order we have to cover the delivery. This company is a joke.Do not order from them.No customer skills.

Considering the above facts you will agree the word 'happy' doesn't belong in the same sentence as soak - EVER !

They did not. Failed to deliver both products. Returns offered but customer must pay for return. Lack of clarity in sizing of product.

Appalling service, delivered incorrect items, and was told to email what was wrong which I did the same day, never heard another thing, I phoned 2 weeks later, no apology, no explanation, so requested a refund and still waiting for that 22 days after delivery, very poor certainly not recommend to anyone.

Waited in all day for a delivery that never arrived called Soak several times during the day to ask about delivery times never got back to us. Eventually spoke to someone about 4pm who told us delivery was not coming but would arrive 2 days later. Delivery eventually arrived but was missing the shower. It took several weeks and many calls to Soak to get a refund for the undelivered item.If they sort out their customer service and delivery company they may be ok.

First delivery didn’t bring the sink as it was damaged, the second delivery was the broken sink re packaged, the third delivery didn’t arrive and neither did the 4th, both 3and 4 delivery, sent me emails and texts to tell me it was on its way. I now find myself with unhappy customers and still no sink, it’s appauling delivery service, and yet again I need to call customer service to be given a delivery date which I can’t trust 0 out of 10

would never order from here again,make sure you have correct items as they will not exchange them unless you get them to store yourself although correct item is being delivered soon.I just hope when the other items have been unwrapped that they are ok and not damadged too 3.5 hour drive each way to exchange !! Shocking service

Realise that Soak's mistakes should cost the customer, answer telephone calls polity and do what they commit to i.e. email you

Its a shame as previous experience have all been good but unfortunately this time due to the length of time we had the item (a toilet pan fitted after the 14 days return deadline) we could not return/exchange it. The plumber said there was an internal crack (not visable)...being a manufacuring fault causing the toilet to leak. I therefore can only give one star based on the quality of product and the curt nature of my call to soak to discuss possibilty of replacement...they say 10 years guarentee but you might want to read the smallprint...will find an alternative supplier..

Had the unit arrived in a useable state I imagine it would do the job. But unfortunately Soak.com are incapable of delivering products undamaged having had the product arrive damaged on the 1st & 2nd occasion and the 3rd replacement being the completely wrong unit. Customer service is not this companies priority getting your money is. Safe to say I will never use Soak.com again and advise others not to either!
