Words cannot describe just how bad the service I've received from this company has been. After five attempts, they've still not completed delivery of my order. Couriers don't turn up when they've told you they will. Half the order arrives and no one has a clue where the rest is. The courier breaks items but blames it on soak saying they've not taken the delivery of the item. Items are found broken when you open the box. Managers don't call you back. You get stuck between soak and their courier with no one being bothered to 'own' the problem and fix it. They promise to rectify the problem yet just compound the situation with further errors - I now have two toilet seats and no cistern! I live less than 5 miles from their warehouse - I could have walked it all home quicker. Oh, and the website is inaccurate, telling you your order includes things which in fact it does not. Avoid this company at all costs and spend your money elsewhere. It's now over two weeks since I was supposed to have had my items delivered but it's still not complete. I've had to delay the plumbers twice. One in ten people on this site are saying very similar things to me so just don't risk it - don't buy from soak.com. Contrast this experience with the excellent service I received from Victorian Plumbing - the items were delivered on time and well packaged, no bother at all.

You sell on eBay cheeper ! When I called to say it was unfair you did not care or offer to make me a happy customer feel cheated out of my hard earned money

On Wednesday, 9 May, I ordered from Soak.com's web site a Bristan Quest Basin mixer tap and paid an extra delivery charge for it to be delivered on Friday, 11 May. On Friday a totally different item was delivered; 2 bath taps. I telephoned and was assured that the correct item would be with me on Monday, 14 May. Nothing arrived on Monday and a further telephone call, during which I was cut off, resulted in assurances that my order of the mixer tap would be with me on Tuesday, 15 May. However, Soak.com could give me no idea of when it would arrive and agreed to refund the special delivery charge that I had paid. The delivery was made in time for my plumber's appointment which I had been able to move from Monday. There was one problem - the identically wrong taps were again in the package. In the next telephone call, I discovered that soak.com's web site offered an item that it did hold in stock. I had yet again to cancel my plumber. All in all, DO NOT use soak.com. Of the 4 customer service personnel that I spoke to, only one had the first idea what was going on!

Absolutely disgraceful. No confirmation of order received by email despite ringing them up several times requesting copy of order and providing alternative email address. How are we expected to check all items have been received? Wrong colour of item received/ordered but they will not simply exchange. Had a copy of the order been sent to me this could have been prevented as would have known prior to the delivery. As a goodwill gesture they offer to accept return to get a refund and then to have to re-order the whole bathroom suite. Joke of a company. Will not use again and definitely will not be recommending. r

Terrible terrible delivery for which we paid £12.99 for item to be delivered on a specific date (today - 11th May). Cannot comment on the product as we haven't received it yet. Product is due to be delivered in another 5 days time. So far, appalling service. First and last time of using Soak

Nothing to do with the products but what a rubbish company to deal with. No delivery notice sent or invoice, no confirmation of delivery date, failed to deliver on expected date and now 3 weeks down the line the bath still isnt installed due to plumber having to reschedule. Not happy at all and neither is my 6 month old baby without a bath.

I cannot review the quality of this unit as it has taken two and a half weeks and various phone calls to receive the basin which was not delivered on the original delivery

Very difficult to deal, advertise how easy it is to return an item and then make it difficult to return. Still haven't had a refund and so my emails are being ignore. Absolutely shocking service.

Soak failed to deliver 3 Times in a row! I have wasted 2 weeks waiting for a delivery that never turned up and keep getting delayed. I end up giving up entirely and asked for full refund. Will not use Soak again.

I have two toilets from Soak both of which were damaged. Still awaiting a third toilet and a call back from customer services. This is holding up the completion of the bathroom, builders have another job to go onto and still no resolution!!!
