Ordered on 27th November. Today's date is 11th December and still haven't received. Phoned up to enquire on the 7th December to be told will be sent tomorrow (being the 8th) still haven't heard or got the product. Very disappointed

Cabinet arrived damaged and despite registering 2 complaint logs no one has had the decency to contact me as promised in the 48 hour timescale

Delivered wrong item. Repeated phone calls have not been answered. E-mails have not been answered.

Not very impressed. Unit arrived damaged 2 weeks ago. I informed soak immediately. 2 days later was given a number CASE-274320. No idea what is happening. Cannot contact soak by phone- only get music.

Radiator arrived with a damaged box. On closer inspection could see the radiator through the box hole was damaged!

Poor communication, don't answer phone, don't respond to emails, online tracking not up to date, deliver late and use hopeless dx for delivery

It arrived broken and despite requesting a replacement I have not been able to get one yet despite being able to get a next day delivery on any new order. Very disappointed

I called the customer services and gave the product code for the bath I bought. They advised this panel would fit the bath but it is too long.

You havent made us happy at all. You delivered the wrong item and then couldnt organise collection even when we gave you 10 days notice.

They did not. We are Bathroom fitters and have been using Victorian plumbing for sometime, we decided to try soak as you are based local to us. Well what a mistake. Problems from the first order and a toilet that still has not arrived. What a shambles. Oh well back to the professionals at vp. Damaged shower tray Tuesday replacement Wednesday. Why did we bother.

Nothing made me happy. I paid for express delivery but Soak send it on a normal delivery. Hopeless.

Soak made me very unhappy. Apalling customer and after care service. Both items rejected. No one seems to care or take responsibility. The courier service used DX. Are equally unproffesional and disorganised. I wouldn't use either again. Very very disapointed by the whole process. I lost the best part of 2.5 days and incurred external costs too. Avoid if you can.

Had the unit arrived in a useable state I imagine it would do the job. But unfortunately Soak.com are incapable of delivering products undamaged having had the product arrive damaged on the 1st & 2nd occasion and the 3rd replacement being the completely wrong unit. Customer service is not this companies priority getting your money is. Safe to say I will never use Soak.com again and advise others not to either!

I've taken this afternoon off work to wait in for delivery of a bathroom suite only to get a call to say the driver has run out of driving hours and the next delivery slot is Tuesday. Very poor planning I'd say!! Having planned to install the suite this weekend has now gone to pot due to incompetence.
