Soak have not made me happy, you supplied a faulty part and a part that doesn't fit, you have replaced the part that doesn't fit but have refused to refund the part that is faulty as this was a vital part to get the toilet working, I had to get my plumber to fit a part from elsewhere - you are a joke of a company and I will be taking this further.

Awful! I beg you stay well clear of this sham of a company unless you want a lot of stress and poor quality products. £900 wasted! Delivery didn't turn up on the day agreed and left me waiting all day for nothing, this happened twice! When I did get my items the bath panel was damaged and I was missing my Vanity unit and sink. The bathroom suite was of very poor quality and was scratched before even opening the packaging. I didn't buy the cheapest suite, however it is of very sub standard quality. I ended up asking to return my suite however they would only let me return my vanity unit after many emails back and forth to people that are impossible to get hold of over the phone. In the end I was left with a poor quality bathroom suite and a lot of sleepless nights and frustration. Ended up trying to claim back through my bank to no avail. Never again will I use Soak, should of gone with Victoria Plumbing

Dreadful service - we spent nearly £1,000 on radiators. They didn’t turn up for over two weeks. They informed us he radiators would be delivered between 7am-7pm on a particular day via email confirmation, so I had taken the day off work, lo and behold the delivery did not arrive. My partner spoke to three separate managers to try to resolve the problem as they still haven’t delivered the products, every time we called back, they would say the managers are in meetings. By the time we finally arranged a re-delivery, we informed them we would only be from home from 3pm onwards, they confirmed they would make sure they would delivery would come after 3pm and yet they still delivered this at the wrong time - even after we informed them we would only be returning from holiday at 3pm onwards. An absolute joke. We will never order from this sham of a company again.

They did not .Arrogant and incorrect customer services and I have a tap that does not fit the basin. Follow up email never came .Packaging showed a tap base .With this it would have fitted .Very disappointing.

They didn’t. Ordered two sets of tiles, received confirmation of order and delivery. They didn’t arrive on the specified date so I left it a few days to make sure they weren’t just late, nothing. Rang soak.com who promised they’d look into it and get back to me, they didn’t. Rang again the next day, was put on hold for ages to then be told that the warehouse had not processed the order as there was no stock nor was there going to be. This wasn’t the case when I ordered (according to their website) and the money had come out of my account. In the 2 weeks since I’d placed the order, I’d had no phone call to say this was the case, no phone call to say they weren’t coming. If I hadn’t have rung, they’d have kept the money and just never delivered the tiles.

I bought a 600x670mmm double-door silvered mirrored bathroom unit form Soak and it's the worst piece of garbage I've ever bought. Completed unfit for purposes, it's then badly made (all out of line), started rusting within days, the mirroring has simply flacked off within weeks and fit only for the bin after month (looking like something I'd found in a junk yard). Soak have then continued to give it '5 stars'; with these entirely made up by themselves, despite knowing the unit is junk.

Soak have not made me happy. I have spoken to some very helpful people but when I need a third replacement toilet no one wanting to help!!!

If I could rate a minus I would! Only half the products delivered in the initial delivery, 1 of those faulty. Had to wait 48 hours for a response & told 'we do say not to book your plumber until you receive your goods. Delivery of missing goods arranged, cannot give a time slot. Only 2 of the 3 arrived....delivery company couldn't be bothered to go get the missing one. Customer service at Soak not interested one bit and told me to expect an update in 48 hours. Do not use this company,!!!
