Everything! Delivery arrangement was terrible. No comunication to advise that original delivery date had been cancelled. (This was made worse because I had stayed up after a night shift to receive item) Second Delivery didn’t turn up! When delivery finnaly turned up, two weeks later, the item was damaged and only one of two parcels turned up! Extremely disapointed with service and, unfortunately, the item! (Wel, Half the item!) What more can I say??

Ordered 5 radiators as promised delivery Tuesday. Only 3 turned up. We had to chase and had no apology, now chased again and then will re-deliver missing Radiators next week. Still no apology. We have had to follow up, no customer service.........................

Messed up delivery. Long wait for customer services. Can’t organise ‘leave in a safe place’ or ‘leave with neighbour’ - asked me to stick a note on the door instructing this! Suggested this was odd and agent cut my call. Poor.

Placed an order for a basin on the 12th of April and received an email saying it would be delivered by the 19th. Delivery didn't happen. Despite calling to check up on the delivery it didn't happen on the Friday or Saturday. On Monday I was told it would be delivered that day, stayed home all day again and didn't' happen, the same thing on Tuesday. Then got an email asking me to rearrange my delivery, which I did for Friday the 27th. Basin arrived completely shattered (more than 13 pieces) Called customer service and they said they would not be able to send a replacement before Tuesday next week and refused to provide a time slot. I explained I wasn't able to stay home yet another day and that this had cost me money rearranging plumber's visits to fit the basin. After no solution was provided I asked to speak to a manager and was told that I couldn't because they were all in a meeting. I asked if there was a supervisor or anyone with authority to make decisions and was told that they were all ina meeting. It must have been a really big company meeting on a Friday at 5pm... I then asked for a manager to call me back and the lady said that they would say the same and there was no need. After having to insist, be put on hold, etc, a more "senior" agent, with no decision-making authority explained kept giving me the same answer and avoided putting me through to a manager, being rude and short. I demanded to have a manager call back to what she said I would be called within 24hours as that was their policy. So here I am waiting. This is the worst service I have ever had and find it very difficult to understand how a company of this size would not be willing to use a courier service to fix the bad service they have provided and ensure they deliver good customer service.

EVERYTHING - not able to take orders correctly, sending products to the wrong address, sending me used products.....ridiculous

I am a plumber and own my own plumbing business, I mainly do full bathroom make overs, I can honestly say I will never ever use soak.com again, I paid £47 for next day delivery, I never got it! At this stage I have taken the customers bathroom out, it was a week before I had my goods, the service I received was disgusting, they had left a young family with out a bathroom with not a care in the world, they did not care that I was out of work and losing money. Not one bit of help from this company, I would recommend you never use this company

Not organised , it took them two weeks not to deliver and giving you excuses that 5years wouldn't believe , still haven't received half of the toilet , so if you use the toilet you need a bucket of water 😡😡😡😡 never ever use them again

Rubbish customer service, lie after a lie they haven't got a clue spent 10 days on the phone and countless emailing, better go to b&q . Not happy at all 😡😡

Make sure the tracking info actually works - everytime I've tried to find out info the system says unable to give information - so what is the point? My consignment number for your reference is 15581697
