LITERALLY the worst company to order from. They have taken my money on the order straight away, but failed to deliver it twice already. I called up prior both expected delivery dates to get someone to confirm it's happening, in which both had said yes. Costed me £600 in builders for both days. Don't believe these reviews - I've had friends who have had the same experience as myself. The best bit is they don't even call you to tell you your delivery isn't coming, YOU have to call them to find out why you haven't received it when they said it would come. Just amazing... *Round of applause!*. Thankful I only ordered one item and not my entire bathroom. Will never order from them again - really wish I listened to my sister when she said not to get my goods from here - bathstore is higher priced but I've seen their service with my sisters bathroom which was outstanding. CSM called me - admitted they lost the order and that she had to re-order it again on the phone last night for a delivery on Thursday morning. Original delivery was Friday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday and now Thursday. Stay away from this company - it's not worth the hassle.

Dreadful , placed an order, followed up with an email to say on its way. A week later no delivery so chased up . Was told one of the items was not in stock which I wasn’t informed, this stopped the whole order . Advisor said she would delete the item that wasn’t in stock and send free of charge the remaining two items on next day delivery. A week later nothing arrived so chased up yet again , was told that deleting an item halts the delivery!! Item should arrive almost three weeks after ordering. I have used Soak before but won’t again .

Placed two orders same day soak confirmed they could come out as one order... they didnt and am still waiting for the second half....promises that it will arrive each day.....asked for a manager to be involved but they won't get involved until after delivery which is an issue is delivery is the problem....apparently complaints can only be dealt with via email too....obviously SOAK dont care about customer service

I have waited two weeks for it to be delivered and it has still not arrived!! Despite four phone calls with numerous promised dates I still cannot use my bath. Even though listed as in stock it is disgraceful to pay £9 delivery for something I could have had the next day at my local shop. I cannot believe for such a small item you expect you can keep fobbing me off

False advertising. Don't put a 10 year warranty all over the product when it's clearly a lie . It doesn't actually cover any moving or working components just a lump of metal . Shocking

Case number 334447. I received my order which I admit was of good quality, but where Soak fails in it's after sales service. One component from the order was missing. In my initial phone conversation they noted the missing part and promised to send ASAP. It never arrived. A further phone conversation admitted that the missing part (a shower head and flexible hose) had not been dispatched and promised to send the part immediately. Unfortunately they again sent a bracket but no shower head. A third telephone conversation was most unsatisfactory as I was not allowed to talk to a manager and the only way they would respond was if I sent back a photo of the bracket they sent. I didn't want a bracket, I wanted a shower head. I gave them the part number and all the details but this was not considered adequate even though my total order ran into many, many hundreds of pounds. They insisted that to progress them sending the item I had already paid for I must send them a picture of the wrongly sent bracket. So their system penalises the customer for their error. Customers order online for convenience and don't expect to have to jump through hoops in order to receive items that the supplier has failed to deliver. 16 days later I am presently still awaiting delivery of the missing shower head.

Despite a number of emails and paying over the odds for a standard 8-day delivery (14 days ago), I’m yet to hear anything in regards to my order, so I can’t review the item, just the terrible service provided by soak.com to date.

Terrible delivery service. Paid for next day delivery and item arrived a week later, with no help or concern from staff at Soak. I am still waiting for a CS manager to call me... three weeks later. Just terrible. Delayed the work in my house by a week!
