I am unable to review this product as I am yet to receive it! Having ordered it of the 23rd Janurary it still hasn’t arrived, despite 3 phone calls to your customers services desk and the promise that it would arrive by Friday the 2nd of February, here I am on the 6th of February and still nothing. I am unable to track my order because I was never sent the tracking email and I am tired of calling everyday to ask where it is. So that’s my review of this product. Thanks Soak.com!

The holes on runner rails did not match up with holes in glass had to drill new holes in order for it to fit

Still had no dispatch information after 5 working days so called customer service who assured me it would be delivered by their 8 working day deadline, on the Wednesday. Wednesday morning and still no dispatch information (as promised!) so I call again and they say they’ll check their deliveries and ring back, but no I had to chase to find it wasn’t being delivered and would be delivered on day 9! Poor communication, ordered elsewhere!

Soak.com need to look into customer complaints regarding faulty products, very unprofessional, having purchased several items in the past, I certainly won't be using them in the future!

They never,and still owe me my refund,and will cost me as ill have to do something for my clients,to make them happy due to soak.com letting me down. cancel order and refund please. ive asked this 3 times already. ozzy russell seaside house the golden rd harris hs33dx

We received the white drawers and basin but then you told us that the matching toilet with white box we ordered was not available. It was a very difficult phonecall trying to change our order to having grey drawers and toilet box which were in stock. You wanted us to wait and reorder the grey after we had sent back the white. However, on quoting the email that was sent to us explaining the delay which said we could change or delete our order you did eventually agree to sending out the new grey order immediately without us paying extra or twice! It would be good for us to have confirmation that you have not charged us twice for the mistaken goods! Not a very good experience from our point of view especially as we asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and this was denied. Gill and Paul de Sylva

Paid extra to get delivery on time, did not arrive on date promised (10/1/18). Order turned up incomplete on Friday 12th (but no radiator) The valve was delivered (parts missing) Radiator turned up the following Tuesday 16th, nobody bothered to call me back. I e-mailed twice regarding the credit for failed delivery & incomplete radiator valve. I eventually spoke to Keely today (very helpful) She has promised to process the credit for both the late delivery & radiator valve. My general impression has been very poor, no one bothers to call you back or respond to e-mails.

I just received an email asking to leave a review for this item. Unfortunately I can’t do that, as I have not received, it almost 2 weeks after ordering it, even though it showed the item as being in stock.

It made me extremely unhappy over a five day period and I spent more than the cost of the goods in aborted plumber costs and lost time waiting for delivery

Very disappointed with the customer service. Needed to return a radiator as the description stated horizontal however it was vertical. Tried explaining this however was told that I would need to cover the cost or returning which is £13 for a £63 radiator. Won't be shopping here again!!!

I had really high hopes for this company, as we are re-doing a house and wanted to put in multiple bathrooms. After a load of dud advice from their customer services, I have been charged for an order that has been cancelled by themselves - even though they said they would refund it. A separate order, which caused the second order got collected but the items were smashed up and needed to be replaced. A lot of bother! I would avoid and they still owe me hundreds of pounds.
