Ordered two radiators which were both out of stock at time, when in stock was given a delivery date and only one radiator arrived and still waiting on the other. When contacted to ask why I wasn’t even given a valid answer unless I’m not sure is a valid one. Very poor

Everything... still waiting for delivery...Absolutely appalling customer service.. I was sent a request to review a radiator I hadn’t even received yet..no advice on movement of delivery hung up on at so called customer services... what a waste of time ....awful...

Damaged goods, twice, No respect in relation to time wasted, waiting for goods Not updating you when goods damaged. Consumer has to do all the work when something goes wrong. Won't refund until delivery company has returned the goods.

Your despatch time is dreadful and the courier you use is even worse. Waited in all day on that date to recieve items, never came. Recieved no correspondence regarding wherabouts or re-delivery. Wil not use again nor will i recomend.

Soak has not made me happy at all. I had to take off work for a delivery that never arrived and could not get through on the phone. Terrible and disappointed

they didn't until I complained on FB. tried to phone to see where my order was as it was late - but no-one answered the phone. Terrible customer service

Soak have not made me happy at all - my order was a week late and they still haven't refunded me for a product I ordered by mistake.

Everything. Website/soak charged me twice, also never covered my bank charges as it made me overdrawn. Late refund which I had to call many times to try and sort out. Never order again from soak, AVOID!

Unfortunately I am still waiting for this item , last Wednesday I spent over 2 hrs trying to find out where the radiator is only to find it still on back order and after speaking to someone I was told it will here possibly on 12 December and yet again after spending another 1 on the phone I was told it still not in and we will not get our radiator till after Xmas , so unfortunately I am not a happy customer, but I hope one day our item arrives so we can finally fit ....ps merry Xmas and thanks for letting us down

No communication and taking nearly 2 weeks to arrive. I had to phone in the end to find out what was going on and that’s no easy. Hanging on the phone for ages.
