“I ordered this towel rail, but they delivered just the electric element without rail. I am tired of calling again and again, always getting an answers that I ll be sent an email in next 2 days. 5 days passed, There is no response yet.”

“Did not provide delivery day or time. Tracking number was written by someone who can't write properly. We had to re-book and still no hourly window was provided or contact by phone. Very poor customer service. They would not accept return unless we paid for delivery! They have not provided a return address which is very suspicious. I would advise anyone to avoid this company at a cost, they are a sham.”

“Ordered 7th delivered 19th ! Item was in stock on website (2 day delivery for items in stock ! ) but it came from another bathroom company so I’m guessing I just paid soak a premium for taking 12 days to buy my mirror”

“Not by customer or delivery service.telephoned twice 're delivery no email to confirm delivery day. Man knocked on my door monday with a towel rail which had been left outside his door. He lives at 1b I am number 11. And why do soak email to ask for your comments the day after the order was placed surely you would wait until at least the item has been delivered”

“Don’t buy unless you’re sure the item fits or that you are certain you want it as Soak say they accept returns but you have to pay for delivery through a courier which costs a fortune unless you’re a business. Poor service”

“Hi everone Mr review today is for the company itself SOAK.COM I have made a purchase of almost £1200 from this company and all l can say is this is one of the worst and unfair company l have ever seen once they got your money they don’t want to know you there’s no such thing as customer service in their diary very rude and difficult to deal with never keep their promises don’t want to refund you when you return goods even when you are with in your rights of 14 no quibble returns after getting fed up of arguing with them l had to contact trading standards and have reported to them awaiting the outcome button line is DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!”
