Terrible after sales service cancelled my order on the 22 November 17 still waiting on my refund of £467 phoned numerous times promised my money would be in my account still no refund. Now taking my case toTrading standards

I ordered the radiator online and within a couple of days received a delivery date, which was in the next 7 days. I waited for the delivery to arrive, but it never turned up. I thought maybe it would be delivered the next day, but again it never arrived. The next morning I telephoned Soak, to be told my product is out of stock and I would need to wait another 10 days. The office and warehouse do not seem to be communicating to each other. If a product is out of stock how can I have a tracking number and delivery date? Why didn't the office call me to tell me it was out of stock and would be another 10 days? It finally arrived, but what a nightmare!!

They never I order my shower on the 17th November and it turn up on the 30th. I was told it would be with me on the 26th. I never revived any email to say it was dispatched & I was left with no shower for 3 weeks. Never order from them again I ask to speak to a manager & I'm still waiting for the phone

I ordered items on Wednesday morning (15th November), i paid £30 for next day delivery. Next day delivery did not turn up! Six out of the seven items turned up at 6 o'clock on Friday evening (17th November). I am told by the delivery driver that the toilet had been left in the depot because it was smashed. I reported this to soak on Monday 20th November, to be told i would get a replacement within 24 hours !!!!! Today, Thursday 30th November i am still waiting for the toilet?? I have had no notification off soak to inform me of any problem with my order, i have a very angry customer who was supposed to have a full bathroom fitted 2 weeks ago. This is very poor customer service, from a company that i regularly promote to my customers. I would also like a full refund of the £30 fee i paid for next day delivery, as this clearly failed to happen. I look forward to your reply.

Lovely item but bad communication from company I emailed asking when delivery would be and got nothing back until a text the night before the day which meant I struggled for plans to get someone to receive the delivery as no notice given and it took a long time to arrived from initial order, customer service lacking

As radiator was damaged I Refused delivery and courier took it back. Immediately contacted soak. That was 9 days ago and I have only had one automated email back. No resolution still!

Abysmal customer service. Would not use again. Multiple companies linked to one merchant ID, one of which linked to a non working website, email and phone number. Dodgy. Steer clear.

Unfortunately this was the first time I've used soak.com. All I ordered was a simple water fall tap and charged £8.00 for delivery which was allegedly 2-8 days. For £8.00 delivery charge I would have expected to have the tap next day!! However the tap did not turn up in the advised timescales advised and no matter how many times I phoned and emailed I could not get any response from your selves. It wasn't until I found another email address and wrote a pretty annoyed email that I received an almost instant response. This was from I have to say a very polite young lady Victoria Shipp who was very friendly and apologetic and advised that the tap would strangely arrive that day. I will definitely not be using soak.com again and recommend you employ more staff like the polite young lady Victoria Shipp.

Delivery date given was wrong. I took a day off work to accept delivery and it didn't turn up! Then your customer service is rubbish! Didn't answer any questions I asked and didn't even get an apology so won't be using you again and certainly won't recommend you. Lost a days wage because of this.

Was very unimpressed by our 2nd delivery from soak .com. Our first order was taken and dispatched in fantastic time, we received it in the time stated. However our second order which was more expensive was not handled well at all, it was certainly overlooked and no communication was received. When we phoned a week later it took 5 mins to fine then to be told it would be another 3 days. If we had not have phoned, the order would have still been outstanding. Very poor service I feel.

I’ve not even received my valves or any other part of my order. Dealing with Soak has been horrendous, they are simply an awful company to do business with. 3 days I’ve taken off work to be at home to receive my delivery, 3 days I’ve had plumbers on site to fit my radiators and Soak have failed to deliver them every single time!!! The purchase has cost me a fortune in lost time and fees for my contractors.
