I am unhappy that Soak's return policy is 14 days. I feel it should be 28 days.

first I received a faulty mirror and I sent it back. I couldn't fit it while the fitters were here. I rang soak.com last week and asked for a replacement by Friday because the fitters promised me to come back on Saturday. soak.com promised me that you will get it by Friday and I have received the message that you despatched it .but not yet delivered. fitters came yesterday nothing happened

After ringing your company to ensure that the screen I was buying was not hinged, talking through options with the operator and settling on a shower screen that wasn’t definitely wasn’t hinged according to them, I have returned home from work to find the screen that I left my plumber to fit was in fact hinged. Can’t fault the rest of the service and the radiator I purchased is fantastic, but as I took time to call your company to ensure I was getting the right product for my needs, to be sent something with the features I didn’t want is really really annoying. I could have just ordered the product online if I wanted to take a chance and you expect to get the right advise if you are speaking to someone.

I agree with other people who have stated 1* - they don't deserve 1*!! The items I bought were good quality but you will be lucky to receive the correct items. When you ring and explain problems you will be greeted with disgusting customer service, you will not be kept informed, they may replace your product but not with the correct one! I've spent 3k on Soak products and can certainly say will never order from them again!
