“Have experienced problems with my first soak bought radiator (some of the uprights dont function) I was conscious that there is a warranty and tried to contact soak for advice. After a number of attempts and having heard nothing back I went to buy a replacement second radiator. Disappointed with the customer service in this instance.”

“So far a very poor experience. Purchased a mirror two weeks ago but the status is still set to “warehouse picking”. The lack of response to several emails is disappointing.”

“I waited 2 weeks for this product and the wrong product was delivered. I spoke to soak on numerous occasions and most staff were not very helpful. No arrangement of delivery date was made prior to it being delivered even though it was a signed for product. I wait for a long time on the hone each time I called. Will.not be using again which is a shame.”

“Phoned 3 times was told someone will respond within 48 hrs still NOTHING Radiator still not heating properly, had heating fitter out 3 times to look at it & still doesn’t heat up 100%”
