Damaged goods on delivery. Twice had to be sent back. Delivery drivers van had box’s rolling round everywhere, footprints on boxes where he had been walking over them. Very unhappy as items are urgently needed for installation.

If I could take Soak lower than a 1 I would. Lost my original order and took three days to tell me. My replacement order didn’t arrive when it was supposed to and the following day when it did arrive it had been addressed to the wrong house so they wouldn’t give it to us. Absolute shambles!

It didn't; two broken toilet pans. Final pan didn't fit the cistern correctly so have ended up with a tilted cistern away from wall. Will replace with another make in the near future and scrap the soak unit. One of the radiators I ordered had misaligned connections so have got bent pipework underneath to make them fit. All cheap rubbish.

My Bath panel was damaged and it has still not been replaced even though I was promised it would be. I have cancelled the plumber twice and am now I've two weeks behind completing the bathroom. A review for the same bath on you website is exactly the same issues as I have had, so it would seem that you do not learn from your own mistakes.

Soak.com made me sad. They sold me a bundle that was never intended to work together and now they blame me of installing it wrong without being able to say what to do to make it right (somehow obviously as there is nothing to do to make it work). Don't ever think of dealing with them. STEER AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING LET DOWN!!!!

This saga lasted over six weeks. Delivery dates kept being delayed, and when the item did finally arrive, it was a bath and not the vanity unit originally ordered (this was immediately returned). I emailed regarding non delivery four times but never received acknowledgement or replies to my queries. I tried phoning but after 20 minutes hanging on my call was still not answered. I then contacted eBay, cancelled the order and received a full refund. A week later I received an email demanding immediate payment or my eBay account would be affected by a non payment case. Again I had to contact eBay for their assistance to resolve this matter. This a brief summary of the situation, but as you can imagine I would not wish to deal with this company again nor feel I could recommend it on.

Ordered at the beginning of August and told it would be delivered on the 23rd, didn’t arrive and then told it couldn’t be delivered until the 3rd of September. Had to collect from Bristol myself which was a 3 hour round trip including the time waiting for the warehouse to find my goods. No discount or compensation offered or even a apology.

I have contacted on numerous occasions regarding a refund and still NOTHING HAS BEEN SEEN! it's been over 10 working days so could someone email me proof that this has been done please. They did not make me happy, we had repeated broken products on delivery and deliveries that did not happen day after day.

Terrible after service. Sink came cracked and all of my requests for a replacement have gone unanswered evev after their promise of a speedy response. Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
