You didnt Ignored all calls and e mails regarding broken cabinet, then I'm told your not responding because you have large sale at present. Showing your more interested in cash than helping ppl with faults

Charged £18 by DHL to receive the Parcel which was only £80 cost. Ignored when complained. Wouldn't touch this company again.

Almost every product arrived either faulty or damaged. When you’re paying premium prices, you expect items to be delivered in a perfect condition

Soak DID NOT make me happy. Promised deliveries that failed to arrive - lost radiators and no one was remotely bothered. Unprofessional and shocking service- this was in August so why am I writing a review 3 months later?

Although we eventually got the radiator we paid for the delivery time was horrendous with me having to email quite a lot and soak replying not a lot. Just factor in 3 weeks if waiting for appliances so you can let your plumber know.

they haven't, in fact they have made us extremely unhappy and caused their product has caused thousands of pounds worth of damage to our home!!!!

2 orders a complete and utter waste of my time, 3 failed deliveries, smashed first delivery, soak after sales a complete waste of time, sales support useless, and now giving them an invoice for 3 days lost income as a result of there incompetence.

Damaged bath panel 4 damaged sink units 2 damaged back to wall toilet units and a faulty cistern. Customer service was terrible when trying to get replacements. Poor quality products I will never purchase anything from soak again

Quality of the suite was ok. The service awful. It says in the small print that if you choose free delivery they literally drop it all on the pavement outside the house. This was for my elderly mother. How would she have managed had we not been around? When I rang customer services I spoke to a very sharp woman. I asked for a manager to call me back. No manager rang. Never again!

It didn't make me happy at all. The ordering process was fine. The delivery process was appalling. it took five deliveries and approximately a total of 4 hours on the phone trying to sort it.

I have only marked one star as zero stars is not available. Order placed and accepted. Tried to delay delivery by e-mail (no reply). After 5 phone calls with lengthy holds it was agreed to delay delivery by 14 days. Then received notification of the delivery on original date. After several phone calls, delivery was cancelled. Order then arrived and had to be refused. Received refund eventually but not full refund (£150.00 short). Got full refund after another lengthy call. Then tried to re-order by phone and e-mail and had no response. Placed £1,000.00 order with a different supplier.

I ordered several items worth over £2000. On my last order, I ordered 2 coupled toilet units as part of the items in my order in September. After 8 unsuccessful attempts with issues ranging from cracked cisterns to missed items, I have cancelled the order on the 20th of November. The incompetencies ranged from no notification of failed delivery to rude customer agents at courier company ( DX), who make it quite clear that its not their problem! The builders have longed left the property and so I have to rely on the their good will or pay another builder to fit the toilet. I am raising a complaint and have decided never to use this company again!

The cabinet had a mark on the side, a bath front panel arrived with a crack in the middle (has been replaced) the toilet flush button stuck in numeral occasions. The shower screen seal fell off in two weeks. All of this to be fixed cost me time and money. Unfortunately I don`t trust that the replacement will be any better quality however if you would like to solve my problem I would be very happy to change my review. Kind regards

Made me unhappy customer service was bad phoned due to item going on sale one day after purchasing would not give me a discount very disappointed was told to return item then re order that would mean wasting time, money and energy.

Terrible service and even worse products. Spent £1800+ and 4 items damaged, 3 items missing. received missing items 5 weeks after order.
