My order never got to me, I realise it was the delivery company's fault, but I've now made a new order 8 days ago and have heard nothing..

Sadly using Soak for the first time has cost our office a great deal of stress. We picked stock based on what would be delivered to a time frame so that we can book in a gas engineer to upgrade our heating system. When you use soak’s website it states which stock is available and the dates you will receive them. When the delivery arrived sadly several items did not get delivered. No information was given to us and when we called them the service team stated that the items were not in stock. We would not have placed the order if this was the case. You offered us 10% as a gesture of good will but that’s wasted as we sadly will not be using your services again for either us or our clients. It has cost us another day of mess in the office and having to pay the engineers for wasting their time. You really should let any buyers know if something is not in stock and discuss it with them before you accept the order and charge them.

I have not received my order placed on the 21.1.2019. And its not a far distance to deliver to.

Absolutely appaulling customer service!! Purchased toilets that do not work and its been over 3 weeks still not resolved!! Stay away!!

They ruined every order I made with them left my builders with no work for 2 weeks after ripping out my whole bathroom. I received all the wrong parts to any purchases and still I have no refunds and have still not been contacted by a manager.

Dear Alex, The delivery on Friday was also delivered partially damaged, a sink this time. Please can you let me know what additional action and compensation you will making regarding yet another damaged item, more delays and me having to wait in for yet another day. 15 days and I still havent got any of my ordered items. Very poor customer service. No tracking number. no update about my order. Very dissapointed

You mean unhappy!! 1st del date i was given a time slot 10:25-12:25. I then got a txt saying delayed. They never showed allday. wasted days pay for me! I booked another slot sat.22/12 (a day i should of been finishing my xmas shopping) slot:10:06-12:06....No delivery allday again!!I tried phone, text or chat line...No response. I spoke to Kia then Carris at 16:15 who promised shed find out and get back to me.....NO CALL. My plumber was booked in for Sunday to install items. Had to cancel him!! 24/12 spoke to James, I felt had little sympathy with this issue. I was given an apology when I requested it. James spoke to DX, they had no idea where my goods were, Soak had no idea where my goods were?? Offered to deliver the goods that no one knows where they are!! on Friday 28th. Really, I am expected to take another day off work and wait for goods that probably wont turn up??? I declined and ask for refund. Still shown no sympathy, almost sounded relieved I would be off the phone!! I would not use Soak again or any company that uses DX as the courier service. I expressed my feelings on this service to Soak customer services via email. No apology, no explanation just " we have issued a refund" Shocking customer service!!!! Just hoping they get that refund right and i EVEN RECEIVE IT.

I was extremely happy with my customer service at the start of the process as I had ordered the wrong shower. I was advised by the agent to send the original shower back with the courier and it would be returned to them and subsequently refunded. That has now been over a month with no refund. I then spoke with a helpful lady who said she would raise a complaint with the couriers and email me the next day, again I am still waiting for this email. I have now out of pocket because of an instruction from your company. I would of recommended the company if this would if been resolved.

Would not order from again, needed products for a job before Christmas, all items were showing in stock and available, received email a week later saying main item was not available a long with some other items, phoned customer service to complain and was basically told tough there is nothing they can do could not even cancel order as it had not been processed yet, shocking service, received some items all on different dates and will not be getting main item before Christmas, are now left with a very unhappy customer and incomplete job.

Not very happy with how long this item was purchased and when I had delivery and It was reduced by 75 pounds but still not had any response regards Lee Bennett

Order has so far taken 2 weeks to process and bath panels still not received! Customer services seem incapable of resolving the issue - they can't even tell me why there's been such a delay. Totally unacceptable.

After reviewing your case, I can confirm that your goods were returned to ourselves by the courier in error. A replacement was despatched to yourself and has been left in a safe place, as instructed. As a gesture of goodwill, I can confirm that I have refunded the delivery charge of £12.99. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear back in to the original payment method's account. The radiator is great. However I don't think I'd ever order from soak again. The customer service is shocking. Waited in on 2 occasions for the radiator which wasn't delivered. Eventually arrived but cost me another half day of labour from our builder! Wrote a letter of complaint but have not received a reply over a week later. If I was told there was issues with delivery I could have cancelled the order and sought a replacement. Instead I was told to be patient - it will arrive on X. Eventually arrived on the third day of waiting in. Such a shame as product is great.
