Soak did not make me happy. We had to have 2 further deliveries as a significant portion of our order was missing from the first 2 deliveries. My wife had to waste additional days leave waiting for these items. No sympathy from Soak at all. Will never use again as I have no faith in their ability to deliver the goods I order.

Soak.com we’re appealing. One member of staff was decent, the rest that I dealt with were rude and incapable of helping for a delivery that had simply not turned up. Courier company confirmed it was never sent. Took nearly 7 days to get it sent after the initial delivery never turned up

Soak did not make me happy. They didn't pack my mirrored cabinet properly so it was broken on arrival. I told them it was not packaged properly so they said they'd do it better next time and sent a replacement. This was also broken and packaged inadequately. I have received a refund but had to take both cabinets to the tip! Won't use them again.

Soak has a serious problem with its couriers. Shame as in every other way it's a great company. The items I purchased took four deliveries. Three came on the wrong day and the fourth was late. Of these two arrived damaged - hence the extra deliveries. We got everything in the end but I could do without the hassle.

I ordered all the items for a bathroom and was advised that the shower unit was not in stock and would arrive a couple of days after the other items. The shower unit was then sent by post rather than the standard courier service you would expect from online companies, I am currently living far away from this property and was unable to advise a builder when to be there as they did not follow the same protocol as the first order, or any other order I have received whilst refurbishing this house. After several messages, most of which (in the middle of trying to sort this) we're simply not answered I was advised (and have this in writing) that another shower would be sent in the standard manner. Soak then changed their mind on this and advised me a builder had to collect the shower from the post office. When I sent a builder (at my cost) they were advised they needed id and soak advised me I should post my builder some so they can pick up the shower. I have subsequently had to buy a shower from screw fix as this issue was holding up the project. At this stage the shower is no longer at the post office and has been returned to soak however they have stopped responding to messages and it is unclear whether they will refund me for this purchase. I am going to wait a few more weeks (already ongoing for around two months) to see whether soak acknowledge receipt of this shower and refund me. Failing this I will notify trading standards and see what legal capacity I have for a refund on a product I never received. The service received is literally worst than anything I have ever experienced, drawn out, often fail to respond and no willingness to help.

Well, Soak offered £100 off if you spend £500 one day and the sales assistant didn't honour the discount even though he was working on the quote all day with me while I got the measurements. In the end a manager said the offer was not valid and they wouldn't budge. I presume Soak ran the offer to generate sales and good PR. Unfortunately it was a waste of my time and did the exact opposite. What a small minded manager, to his credit the sales assistant did his best.

Do not buy from soak. Any unwanted items you have to pay to send back yourself which meant 2 x sinks costing 80 would cost 50 to send back.

Soak didn't make me happy, in fact they caused me a lot of stress. Still only received one delivered charge back but was promised both. I was still missing an item when it was delivered and spent about 2 hours in total chasing orders that no one could find on the system

Your courier delivered our items to the wrong address. I had to chase you every step of the way and in the end never heard back from you at all despite being told you were investigating. In the meantime, we drove around neighbouring roads and located the delivery ourselves. Awful service, will never shop with you again and I’ve lost respect for all the bloggers you’ve worked with who have raved about you.

im so diappointed with soak.com, i purchased previously when i spent nearly £1000, all was good on that occasion, but this time its been a shocking experience. I made a mistake with the order, therefore rang soak.com immediately to correct the order, informed that the order had been cancel & a refund would be made in 5 days, i did not recieve the refund, & the order was not corrected, therefore the item was delivered with the rest of my order. The courier did not give me any notoce of when he was delivering, simply rang me from outside, i told him that i wad not at home, & was not prepared to wait for me to get to my house, suggesting that i met him somewhere on his way back to his depot, i said that the items wouldnt fit into my car, but he insisted that they would, on his arrival, the items would not fit into the car, so left me & the delivery at the side of the road, " as he needed to get back to the depot".I rang soak.com, only to be told that the item would need to be collected, unable to give a time slot for collection, only to be told that the courier would ring me prior to collection, iv waited in all day its 15.15 hrs & no sign of the courier, surely there is a better service for the customer!!@@

Poor customer service, although the people on the phone were nice it took 3 weeks and 3 phone calls to sort an item missed off a delivery. Don’t bother emailing as you won’t get a reply. Delivery service was poor at best, items arrived damaged and late.
