“I was tired of the standard band my watch came with and decided to try Solace. Reading reviews I went a size smaller but it was too small. The company was amazing with customer service and shipped me new bands in a bigger size. Go with your regular sizing. Do not size down. They fit perfectly and I am so happy with my products. I have 3 bands and they are my favorite. I will definitely be purchasing more! :)”
“I'd bought from Solace before and had a great experience, but over time the band got stretched and so I went back for a new one.
The new band is much lower quality, doesn't stretch as easily, feels uncomfortable on the wrist and - most importantly - it *does not* connect properly to the Apple watch, so it slides out even without pressing the release button on the watch.
Not impressed with the nose-dive in quality.”

“I was very excited for my new watch band and was quickly disappointed in my purchase. The material and flexibility is great. However, the one and only easy way to get on your wrist is to stretch it over your hand. In doing so, the band stretches out, and in just a couple of days with the frequency of me wearing it. I will not be buying another as they stretch out too quickly and don’t fit anymore”
“I'd gone back and forth over purchasing one of these for a while and finally bit the bullet. When I first ordered and hadn't received my order after 3 weeks even though I live 45 minutes from the company, I reached out. It took almost an hour to get through the chat, but I was offered a refund or replacement for free. I requested a replacement, and it was shipped out and received in about 5 days. I was so excited to put it on, but needed to take out a few links. I didn't see any directions on how to do that, so I just had to figure it out on my own. I've been wearing it ever since, and it still looks great even though I wear it at both my full and part-time jobs. I'll for sure be grabbing more!”
