It took almost an hour to get through the chat, but I was offered a refund or replacement for free. I requested a replacement, and it was shipped out and received in about 5 days. I was so excited to put it on, but needed to take out a few links. I didn't see any directions on how to do that, so I just had to figure it out on my own. I've been wearing it ever since, and it still looks great even though I wear it at both my full and part-time jobs. I'll for sure be grabbing more!”

“I got my band due to a nickel allergy I started having to my watch band and it has helped that be able to clear up! I LOVE the band itself, however I went by the size guide and got the size that was recommended, but it is a bit too big. My watch sits towards the side of my wrist rather than on top and if I move my arm too fast or something touches it, my watch flips to under my wrist. So if it stretches from going over my hand it will be even bigger. The quality and material are great though! That is why I give a 4/5, but the sizing not being correct for me is the only reason I took a star away.”
