The chart said that I should order a 2xl... reading the comments I decided to err on the side of caution and order in xl... The dress is still too big for me in the upper rib cage area. I really like the dress, so I'm going to take it to a tailor and have it taken in... Still a bummer though because I can't wear it for a while until that's done. I am 5 foot 11 inches and have a 36 bust.”

“I very much love Southern Fried Chics! They have such a unique southern boho look that perfectly vibes with my style. Although they have gotten better about offering some longer-length options, I do wish their dresses were more knee-length than mid to upper thigh--I feel like if someone wants it shorter, they can get it hemmed themselves, whereas if I were to receive it and be unable to wear it because my hoo-ha is hanging out, I'm SOL. I mean, I could return it, but they have such a strict return policy. I'm fine with most of it, but if I were to order something that ends up being too small, I can't just exchange it for a larger size--I have to first return it, wait for it to be credited back to my SFC account (which can take up to two weeks to process), and then reorder a new size (side note: you don't have to wait for it to be credited back to your account to reorder--you can go ahead and pay for the new item and use the eventual credit on a future purchase). If it had been purchased as a Deal of the Day or any kind of sale, it cannot be returned (at least, that is what I have gotten out of reading the policy). That's really the only thing I disagree with since it is an online boutique--you can't try on the item until you actually receive it, so what if it doesn't fit? I don't think that's fair. I wish I could just call them and tell them what happened and have them send me the new size at the same price while I return the other. Charge me if they don't receive the return within 30 days or something. So, the too-short dresses and the super strict return policy is why I'm rating 4 out of 5 stars. But please don't get me wrong--this review was not meant to slam them at all. Just some feedback! And I, personally, have not returned anything yet, either because I bought it on sale or I'm stubborn and think, "The return policy is too complicated, but I'm going to lose weight anyway and will fit in it," and then don't and reorder a larger size later, and now my closet is full of double SFC items in multiple sizes. So I'm basing this only off of reading the policy. And because hindsight is 20/20, if you're unsure about what size to get for a certain item, I definitely recommend getting on the SFC VIP Facebook page to inquire about it, and include your height/weight/measurements to see how other customers of similar dimensions fit in them. In all, I absolutely love the boutique and all the Chics that work there. They are so uplifting and truly express that on their Facebook pages and website. Okay, I always wanted to write a novel, and now it's complete. Take all my money, Chics! I love y'all!”

“I have only ordered face masks but they are great quality. Unfortunately one of the masks had a flawed seam that made the mask unwearable but besides that, the colors a vibrant and the material seems of very good quality. Been wearing them pretty regularly and washing frequently and so far they have held up well. Will def order more.”
