I ordered a pair of boots in the same size as all of my other boots/shoes. The boots are way too small. They would not let my return or exchange the boots for another size or different boot. Terrible way of doing business! Will not be ordering from them again!

The return/exchange system is non existent, so don’t even bother reaching out. I purchased 2 pairs of boots for over $400 and one pair did not fit. I also wasn’t 100% happy with the quality or craftsmanship for that much money. I reached out to customer service and was told I could not exchange them, return them, or get a store credit because I used a coupon. So now I am stuck with a $200+ pair of boots that do not fit. PLUS, 2 days later both pair of boots were $195 total!!! (I paid $430!!!!) Come on guys, you can do better than this as a brand and online boutique. I will NEVER purchase from your store again with the way things were handled.

Beware! I ordered a pair of boots and two pairs of earing in October 2022 and still have not received my order or my refund that I had requested. It is now the end of February 2023. I will never trust this company again! Customer service is a joke!

I haven't received my package yet and it was supposed to arrive on the 28th I sent an email on the 30th and still haven't received a response.

I would love to give a review, but my order is lost with USPS, and SFC won’t file a claim with them. The sender files the claim, NOT the customer. I don’t know the full sender’s address, nor the packaging description. SFC customer service will not respond to my latest email, so next step is to dispute the charge with PayPal.

I have left messages over and over again and no one has responded about my order 1200595. I have not received my boots. But it’s saying my order was received … no one is responding back. I don’t mean to say this on a review but can someone please respond to my emails ?! If there is no phone number. And no one responds to emails. How am I suppose to get to speak to someone ?

Ordered 3 items. Loved the style on all 3 items. However, the boots were wrapped in paper and stick to the rhinestones and was not able to come off and they were poorly made. Emailed customer service and never got a reply. I will not purchase again. I’m a firm believer of customer service and overall communication responsibility .

By far one of the worst companies I've had to deal with. Their customer service is a joke. Took a month to get anyone to contact me back and when they did, turns out the item I ordered was sold out. Like how do you not your out until a month later. I would never want to order from this company again but I'm stuck with a credit I have to use. By far the worst. Shoppers beware.

I used to love ordering from this company. But in November 2022 I had to exchange an order and got approved to exchange and never heard anything back from them I am very disappointed. I have called, emailed, and tried the chat with no response back. I am out at least 150$ with no exchange for my merchandise or refund. Saying I am disappointed is an understatement. I hope someone in a supervisory position at least responds to this post. I have tried numerous times to reach out. This is my last resort. Buyer beware. You can not return or exchange anything with this company.

I love the products but the customer service is a huge problem. I usually love ordering from here but lately they've decided to not ship one of my orders and ignore all messages when I try to contact them. I'm not the only one. There are plenty of comments from customers on Facebook and reviews that have the same issue; SFC not answering them about why orders haven't shipped. I placed an order on 11-23-22 and haven't heard a peep about when my order might ship or what the delay is. I've placed orders after this one and have recieved those items already. I initially reached out on 12-20-22 with no response. I've tried everything; emailing, messaging on FB, leaving comments on Instagram, on the FB Boutique page as well as the FB VIP page. I've called but it only goes to voicemail. I've even gone as far as commenting on the CEO Liz Ross' Instagram just in hopes that would do something, but no. Nothing. This is the worst customer service. Makes me never want to purchase from them again out of fear that I might not get my order and not be able to get in touch with anyone about it. Which really sucks.

As much as I'd like to give a higher review because I like the products, customer service needs to be improved. I tried reaching out multiple times via e-mail, live chat and telephone over a 2-3 week period and was never able to make contact with a human.

They are a great little company who are so inclusive of all types of body sizes that it’s nice to be able to shop from them when able to and know that what they offer will fit me and still look nice. I’ve never had to contact them about any issues but from other reviews I’ve seen, they are supposedly quick to respond and help out depending on the situation of course. I

Your clothes are beautiful with the exception of the crappy zipper on your dresses. My concern is your shipping. Why when I buy something on November 30th for Christmas do I not get it till December 28th, why do I not have a gift for my neice?? This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen and because of this, I won’t buy another thing from you. I ordered items from China that got here before Christmas. Stop making excuses to people on your VIP and other site and fix the problem!!
