“I shopped with SFC for years now and I had always had excellent customer service. The past few times, CSR will not answer phones in which we have to rely on emails. I sent out an email right after placing an order, and I needed to make a change. They first AUTO responded they rec'd my email, then I never heard back until I got my order and I got the wrong dress size. I dont know if it's because SFC is growing so fast that they cannot keep up with customer service, so as long as their orders go out, but Customer Service should be an IMPORTANT part of the business, and I am skeptical in continue to purchase with SFC. At first, I would get great customer service and spoke to the sweet ladies there, now, it's all about emails and dropped calls. SFC makes me now feel like a number, and not a person to them, like they used to make me feel.”

“Awful There is NO customer service to get ahold of to even try and resolve the problem. I was missing items from my order over a month ago. Paid for everything. No items. And can’t even get an email or call in regards to this issue. Very disappointed In their lack of care for customers.”

“One of my two items did not arrive. Tried reaching out multiple times with no response until weeks later. They basically said they are not responsible since they have a third party vender. $50 sweater lost. Should I call my bank and explain this so I can get my money back???”

“Received items, had to send some back to exchange/return. I have yet to receive my items and it has been over a week since I have received a response from anyone. I had ordered the items for several events I had coming up, 2 events have since passed!!”

“I have left messages over and over again and no one has responded about my order 1200595. I have not received my boots. But it’s saying my order was received … no one is responding back. I don’t mean to say this on a review but can someone please respond to my emails ?! If there is no phone number. And no one responds to emails. How am I suppose to get to speak to someone ?”

“I have to say I’m pretty disappointed. I paid $25 for shipping on boots that didn’t arrive until a month later, after I emailed to check because the estimated delivery, and the event I bought them for was over. I also measured my calves to make sure they would fit, and they are too small, but I’m not going to return them and pay another outrageous shipping fee and restocking. I could’ve bought them in Houston same day, but I had a credit…too complicated to bother with again.”

“I will not order from your site again. The shorts were too small and when I tried to return them all the information was not in English. I sent an email about an exchange for a size medium. I eventually received a response requesting a picture of the shorts. This surprised me because checking my order by your staff would have shown what I ordered. However I provided a picture and sent it and never got a response. So I have a pair of shorts that I can't wear.”

“I recevied an order but had to return an item. Once the return was received back by Southern Fried Chicks on 2/22/24 I got an email stating they would send me the items I wanted in exchange. I am yet to receive my exchange merchandise, nor my money back. I have emailed several times, tried calling several times with NO RESPONSE at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from this company.”

“One necklace arrived broken, the other broke in my hands right after pulling it out of the bag. The sequin duster is gorgeous but drops so many sequins idk how long it will last. Pitiful, disappointing first experience with SFC.”

“Bought a beautiful pair of boots that will not work as the calf is VERY wide. Cannot send back as no returns for a sale item. Did not know this policy. Will NOT purchase from them again.”

“I am a new time customer purchased something but have never received what I purchased not sure what happened because I get my mail from other companies I have purchased from…They even took my payment out of my account with no product in hand to this day…All I am asking now is for a full refund asap”

“There is nothing to review. Ordered boots on 11/28/23 and have not received them yet. They were suppose to be a Christmas gift. Sent email and received one back stating she was going to find out what was going on with the order and still have not heard anything back. Tracking states waiting on info from SFC.”

“The outfit I ordered was see-through material. I used a promo code and was unable to return the outfit that I will never wear. The material was very cheap for such a high price... Think before purchasing.”

“Ordered boots and customer service replies during purchase were immediate and excellent. When the boots did not fit, I requested a return. It took numerous days, 9, to process my request after multiple communication attempts...keep in mind the return window closes quick. After reading the return policy, it is an annoyance that store credit is the only offering but ok. Now factor in return shipping, a return processing fee and those boots better be in a pristine box or you'll be charged a fee (mine shipped out in a plastic bag). In our world of free shipping and returns, I will not be shopping with this company again.”
