very simply put ..you suck..no customer service at all..i have tried for over a week to get some help with an item i do not want and cannot get any help no matter what i try. My only resolve will be to get the charge for the boots reversed and whenever you offices can get off their asses and respond to me maybe can figure out where to return the boots too..That’s my review. I will never buy from you again and will pass the word how lousy your company is when needed. Kreg S.

I love the products but the customer service is a huge problem. I usually love ordering from here but lately they've decided to not ship one of my orders and ignore all messages when I try to contact them. I'm not the only one. There are plenty of comments from customers on Facebook and reviews that have the same issue; SFC not answering them about why orders haven't shipped. I placed an order on 11-23-22 and haven't heard a peep about when my order might ship or what the delay is. I've placed orders after this one and have recieved those items already. I initially reached out on 12-20-22 with no response. I've tried everything; emailing, messaging on FB, leaving comments on Instagram, on the FB Boutique page as well as the FB VIP page. I've called but it only goes to voicemail. I've even gone as far as commenting on the CEO Liz Ross' Instagram just in hopes that would do something, but no. Nothing. This is the worst customer service. Makes me never want to purchase from them again out of fear that I might not get my order and not be able to get in touch with anyone about it. Which really sucks.

I ordered bogo boots on 12/4 - only one pair came in. - called Customer service and sent web form on 12/21, no response to date. My second order was 2 pairs of boots advertised as suede but was not and one pair is defective. I emailed Customer service on 12/27, no response to date. I requested a return as well but was denied on 12/29. This order also had a squash blossom necklace that I discovered came in broken on 12/31. I emailed customer service about the necklace on 12/31 and no response to date. I am very disappointed in my SFC experience thus far and I would be very hard pressed to spend another dollar with SFC based on their lack of responsiveness, poor quality of products and misrepresentation of products in their marketing.

Placed order 12/1. All but one item received 12/15. Final item is still not showing shipped as of 1/3 and no responses to either email sent in the last 10 days, nor a refund to my credit card. Clothes are good quality, but customer service is lacking.

I ordered a package that was supposed to be a Christmas gift, the first week of December (that’s plenty of time for it to arrive before Christmas 😐). Well, it hadn’t even shipped until 3 days before Christmas. I have emailed SFC’s FIVE times and never got a response. The package would have a delivery date, then the day it was supposed to arrive, it would change to a new date…. Over and over. I am beyond disappointed and will not be ordering from here again. I ordered from other companies literally 5 days before Christmas, and they were able to get my orders to me, before Christmas. So there was no reason as to why my package is this late.

I ordered four items on November 30th. The items took longer than expected to arrive, but I fully understand they were in the midst of Black Friday, sales and holidays. I was really excited about the order however none of the items were up to the quality that I expected and I have reached out to ask about whether or not I am able to return any of the items that I have purchased. (Again, giving the company benefit of the doubt, I understand I purchased the items during a sale and may not be able to return them.) I have sent two emails and also reached out on Instagram and have received zero help! This company will not receive my business anymore simply because of the poor customer service.

I ordered a jumpsuit that took forever to arrive once it Arrived the zipper does not work probably. I have sent two emails and no one has advised on what to do.

I generally don’t leave negative comments on commercial experiences but this is well beyond the limit of being patient. I have tried to reach customer service for almost a month to get help with an order issue. I have left multiple voice mails, emails and used the chat feature. No help! Now, I need to return a couple of items due to the issue and have waited almost a week tor an approval on one of the items. I want to send them back together to save on shipping. I also needed an answer to an item I tried to exchange. Again, not able to reach anyone! Very frustrated!! Not likely to order again because there is no confidence in getting help from customer service when there are issues.

I received two wrong size boots and I’ve contacted Southern Fried Chics multiple times via chat, phone/voicemail and email, to which I have received no assistance. Customer service is terrible. I love the boots but can’t wear two different sizes, I’ve requested the right size and no help. I don’t know how to fix my issue other than to dispute my payment charge.

I ordered two sling bags and received 1 on December 23. I have called 3 times and emailed 3 times with no response as of December 31. I would love to either get the second bag or a refund, but there is nobody to answer or respond. This is horrible customer service!

Customer Service personal are behind with getting back to about questions/concerns on orders. I have sent 2 chat messages and have not heard back. I tried calling and no one answers the phone. If a company is expecting high demands. Hire more people to cover your demans

Amazing clothing but very poor customer service. Can’t get ahold of anyone by phone , email, Messanger and if you do Finally get them to answer on Facebook it’s a snotty rude message.

Could not be more disappointed in this store! Items were obviously from China and labels were replaced with their own brand. Incredibly cheap materials, poor quality, and slow shipping.
