Anything from this place comes from China I order a bathing suit 3x I don't wear that size I wear smaller but I didn't want to take Any chance but it was so small and I all for a refund oh no they wouldn't buy at your own risk I had to get my bank involved

I ordered a swim suit and when I put it on I immediately got hives all over my body. In places that were unimaginable. It cost me over 100 for the swim suit and another 500 for urgent care and a week of medication. I don’t know what they use in their dyes or products it was scary for me, I reached out and they seemed unbothered by it.

Shoes run a full size too small on Boots. With a Zero return policy I am SOL. Its horrid. I dont see myself making this mistake again. Boots overall did look cute but a non Leather option is not for me. Buy at an expensive risk.

There are a few things. The worst was how long it took to receive my orders. I literally waited months to receive my order in full and it really can’t be blamed on the carrier be it USPS, UPS, Fedex……the problem was the time it took for you to process the order and get it out to the carrier. Your prices are extremely high but you could justify the price if the customer service was decent, not to mention the very limited number of things that were actually in stock. On the items that were not “out of stock” then the sizes were limited. I ordered three “Freshies” (basically car air fresheners) and like an idiot, paid over $40 for them. Not only did it take three months for them to arrive but they have no scent at all! I thought maybe it was just me but a few others said they smelled nothing but plain wax. At that point it was easier to take the $40 loss then to return them, at MY expense, and wait months for a replacement. I understand now why you don’t do cash returns and only allow store credit 🙄. Generally a very disappointing experience.

I ordered the teal sequin dress. I feel the dress was miss sized, it was extremely toooo small. I ordered a large, the same size as the previous pink sequin dress. SFC wouldn’t exchange the dress nor would they respond to any emails that I sent. I spent about $300 last month with a this company. But I will not buy another item from them. Poor customer service

The return/exchange system is non existent, so don’t even bother reaching out. I purchased 2 pairs of boots for over $400 and one pair did not fit. I also wasn’t 100% happy with the quality or craftsmanship for that much money. I reached out to customer service and was told I could not exchange them, return them, or get a store credit because I used a coupon. So now I am stuck with a $200+ pair of boots that do not fit. PLUS, 2 days later both pair of boots were $195 total!!! (I paid $430!!!!) Come on guys, you can do better than this as a brand and online boutique. I will NEVER purchase from your store again with the way things were handled.

Even a size up these ran super small. These are NOT real leather. The pull tabs bled black on my fingers when putting on. But dont worry, you CAN'T return them if you use a coupon, so thats cool. Never again SFC, customer lost.

I ordered a dress recently. FedEx delivered it to the wrong address. S.F.C. was unwilling to help me in any way. They said after it leaves them, they are no longer involved. I contacted FedEx and they told me that S.F.C. had to be the ones to make a claim. After I informed S.F.C. about this, I asked if I could reuse the discount I used or any discount at all, so that I could re purchase the dress again, since I knew it would probably be out of stock before this issue was handled. Since this was not my fault, I thought that would be a good gesture on their part, but they said no. I think this is bad customer service. Any other company would have been willing to keep a customer in this way. This left a bad taste in my mouth. I will no longer recommend them. And yes, the dress is now out of stock.

I followed the description suggestion of going up a size on the shoe but it was too big for me. The accessories are alot cheaper then they appear on the model. If your XS and purchase a sale dress (because that’s most dresses on sale), it’s probably too big. Sale items have a no return policy so don’t risk it.

Ordered a beautiful dress which did not fit. Returned it and selected a pair of boots as an exchange. Never receive the boots or a refund.I'm just going to consider it $79 lost but will never do business with this company again.

Beware! I ordered a pair of boots and two pairs of earing in October 2022 and still have not received my order or my refund that I had requested. It is now the end of February 2023. I will never trust this company again! Customer service is a joke!

I ordered a pair of boots in the same size as all of my other boots/shoes. The boots are way too small. They would not let my return or exchange the boots for another size or different boot. Terrible way of doing business! Will not be ordering from them again!

Misleading labels for sizing on boots. And HORRIBLE customer service. Have never had a worse experience spending hundreds of dollars that are now wasted because this company does not clarify sizing and then refuses to refund people their money.

I loved the boots that I got but they are too small. I've been trying to contact the company to get them returned. I've sent two emails and I just left a voicemail today. Hopefully I hear back. Very disappointed in no response in customer service for my return.

My first belt I order and came broken . My dummy self over agin and this belt came in broken worst then the first and missing piece !! And still no one has reach out !! Awful service

By far one of the worst companies I've had to deal with. Their customer service is a joke. Took a month to get anyone to contact me back and when they did, turns out the item I ordered was sold out. Like how do you not your out until a month later. I would never want to order from this company again but I'm stuck with a credit I have to use. By far the worst. Shoppers beware.
