I have reached out to customer service several times via 4 different avenues regarding an exchange over the past nearly four weeks since the day I received my delivery and have yet to receive any communication back. Zero out of ten, wouldn’t recommend

This was my first time ordering from a western boutique online. I made an order in November and only received one article of clothing by Mid January. I emailed them and asked when the rest of my items would be arriving. They then told me they had issues where many people had been making orders on items that were not in stock. I understand issues happen once in a while but no one had even reached out to me to let me know there was a mistake on their end. I had to reach out to them months later to find out. They then stated they gave me store credit and a little extra for their mistake. I think it was maybe like $5 extra for their mistake. I asked for a refund to my card I used, and they did that for me. The only thing I was satisfied with. If they would have emailed me instantly when it happened or actually gave a good compensation for a mistake that happened months ago I would have gave them another shot. But it was poorly handled.

I received a package that was damaged! A white sparkly romper that had two large black stains! I have reached out 3 times and have yet been responded to!

I wouldn't even give it one star if that was an option. I ordered at the beginning of December. I didn't get my order until the end of December. I reached out to customer service 5 times and never received a response back. Then when the stuff arrived I had a pair of earrings stuck together with glue which made the rhinestones come off them. I had a necklace with stones that were fallen off in the plastic bag it comes in. I haven't even opened the rest because what's the point their stuff is expensive garbage. Save your money and shop somewhere else!!!!!!

Never received my 2nd package because it was delivered to the wrong address. I've emailed and messaged several times with no response.

I used to love ordering from this company. But in November 2022 I had to exchange an order and got approved to exchange and never heard anything back from them I am very disappointed. I have called, emailed, and tried the chat with no response back. I am out at least 150$ with no exchange for my merchandise or refund. Saying I am disappointed is an understatement. I hope someone in a supervisory position at least responds to this post. I have tried numerous times to reach out. This is my last resort. Buyer beware. You can not return or exchange anything with this company.

Completely dissatisfied. The dress I ordered is way too short for someone who’s 5’7 and I can’t return it now because apparently it was final sale although that wasn’t indicated until I tried to return. I have to try to sell it now to at least get something back. I won’t be shopping here again. Apparently this was a preorder so I don’t know how it can also be final sale and this ineligible for return.

Boots were said to be leather. Nope, they are fabric made to look like suede. Junk!! Waste of time! If they can’t tell the truth about their product then they don’t deserve my business. Now I understand why they want you to pay the postage to return items.. when items arrive not as listed then you will return them.. they would be broke in no time. Bad business practices.. I won’t be wasting anymore of my money with on this company or their sorry products!!

I paid extra to have it 2-3 day expedited. It wasn’t here in time for my trip. So I msgd & was going to return because it was a shirt for. Vegas. So I was sure I wouldn’t wear it anywhere else. When I started my return they said it wasn’t returnable, but has yet to state the reasons I have msgd them multiple times, still haven’t got a reply. It wasn’t on sale & it didn’t end in.95 or whatever they stated couldn’t end in to be returned. So just beware.

I ordered a dress in October to be worn New Year’s Eve. That dress showed up December 30 but I had already left on my cruise. I wish I would have been informed that it was going to be late as I would’ve canceled it. Now I am stuck with the dress because they have a new refund policy on my store credit. I never even got to wear the dress and it was over another dollars. Very disappointed in the store would not shop here again.

Pre ordered a dress that looked stunning online, received it and it was of terrible quality. Tried it on and it was too big and still, the quality was lacking. Tried to return and they would not refund or give store credit. First purchase and it will be the last.

Their response time for returns is horrible and terrible! The pre-order is a long wait time! Then they sell out of the pre-sales so if there’s a return because sizes are all different you can’t replace the item and its all instore credit only!

I ordered my dress in October knowing it would not ship until late November. After multiple emails to customer service and commenting on Facebook my order was finally shipped and received just a few days ago. I did not get a discount, a refund, or any discount for future purchases due to the inconvenience. I did not get to wear this dress as I had planned to for the holidays and here it is now January 5 2023. I will never purchase using sezzle or klarna because there’s no way you’ll get your money back because the company disputes your claim when filed and you can not file another dispute with them once that is done. I will never order from here again!

You promote your items at sale prices enticing the public to purchase, but then because of the sale price, you don't offer any option if the item doesn't work out for some reason. In my opinion, bad business for a customer to be stuck with an item that doesn't fit, etc. just because it was on sale. Maybe at a significantly reduced final sale price, I could understand. But just being on sale, no. Bad business. So no further business from me or anyone I know.

Not happy at all. I cannot get nobody to contact me back. I’ve tried multiple times the boots arrived pealing at the top part. And it’s like some glue issue right there at the toe part as shown in pic it also has a crease made into the top of the boot that will not come out. It’s like a bent creased, I have not worn them since I got them they are brand new still I don’t plan on wearing them. I’m very upset. I can’t even get a refund back or anything or even get y’all to contact me and I have no way of sending them back because my husband works Monday through Saturday and I shouldn’t receive them like this this makes me never wanna shop with y’all again

Horrible customer service. Very slow to respond. Sold me sold out items and didnt tell me they were sold out until almost two months after. Only received a refund for 1 of the 2 items. Still trying to get refunded for the other item. Its been a couple months and I still have not completed this order. I received my boots after almost three months but still trying to get my refund for my other two items. My experience has been horrible and I will never shop here again and I will not recommend it to anyone else either.

very simply put ..you suck..no customer service at all..i have tried for over a week to get some help with an item i do not want and cannot get any help no matter what i try. My only resolve will be to get the charge for the boots reversed and whenever you offices can get off their asses and respond to me maybe can figure out where to return the boots too..That’s my review. I will never buy from you again and will pass the word how lousy your company is when needed. Kreg S.
