“You ladies would not change a size that I accidentally selected the same day I selected it. I realized the mistake literally 10 mins after the mistake and emailed you but you still would not help me!!! So here I am stuck with the wrong size. I would not recommend your store to anyone baised on this experience. It would not have been that hard to change one thing on my order when you can clearly see that I would never order a SMALL when everything that I have ever ordered was a Xlg or Lg. I sent an email the same day that I ordered and you ladies told me that it was already shipped. Well it might have been but I didn’t get it for another 10-15 days and you would not let me return it. Very disappointed in this company. A mistake is a mistake and clearly it was since I messaged you the moment I realized it. It was not the sequin squirt it was the sequin shirt black and gold!”

“I ordered a gift for Christmas (red suede cowboy boots Out West Boot by Dingo from Dan Post ) it arrived in January. There was no tracking or no message that they would arrive late until AFTER I inquired. I do believe it was a problem with the boot supplier but still disappointing that the boots arrived after Christmas. Southern Fried Chics needs to inquire with the boot supplier to insure they are shipping items quickly.”

“Everything is so cute but most of the clothing runs a size or more too small and is a bit overpriced for the quality. Boutiques like Morgan Rae and Sophie and Trey (Savannah GA and Lake Mary FL) have this nailed. (they also accept returns.)”

“Jeans are way to long. Please post inseam. They are not made for short people. A foot long on me and I am 5'1 so disappointed as they are very comfortable”

“Ordered 3 items. Loved the style on all 3 items. However, the boots were wrapped in paper and stick to the rhinestones and was not able to come off and they were poorly made. Emailed customer service and never got a reply. I will not purchase again. I’m a firm believer of customer service and overall communication responsibility .”

“Sizing is COMPLETELY off Hard to return stuff I ordered a size 2x and 3x skirt hoping one would fit like a glove but the 2x didn’t even make it up my thighs. I am true size 16 and the 3x couldn’t even zip up. I’m very disappointed in my order and can’t seem to find out how to return stuff.”

“I've reached out multiple times via email, chat, and phone & yet still nobody has contacted me. I'm missing 2 parts of a November order. Received clothes is been beautiful but service is horrible- for this reason alone I don't recommend ordering from this company!”
