I really enjoyed busting from this company but my package was lost and they never responded to the multiple emails I sent. I’m disappointed they never reached out and I won’t be buying from them again.

As much as I'd like to give a higher review because I like the products, customer service needs to be improved. I tried reaching out multiple times via e-mail, live chat and telephone over a 2-3 week period and was never able to make contact with a human.

I ordered boots on 12/6 they were shipped out on 12/16? I still have not received them. I have reached out to Southern Fried Chicks and to FedEx days ago and still have not received anything back on the tracking…what happened…needless to say at this time I am unable to leave any good response…🙁

I could not be more disappointed with this order or the buying experience. Not only did I receive my order a week later than expected and totally miss the occasion that it was ordered for , but the quality of my purchase is also not what I expected. I can see excess glue around the base of the boots and they did not even come in a box. The were folded and stuffed in a bag for shipping. I feel like I could have found the equivalent of the product I received at the local Walmart or other department store. 😔

Love your items but customer service is poor. Been waiting for my most recent order to ship...it's been 2 weeks since I ordered. Can't get a hold of anyone via the phone and don't get a call back if I leave a message. No better luck leaving a message via the website by text/email.

I hate to even do this because the 2 items I actually did receive I love and I’m very happy with. But unfortunately sometimes that just can’t make up for horrible customer service. I put in an order on November 28th that I still have not received. I put it 2 orders after that, and received them in a timely manner. But the one I still haven’t gotten was my mothers Christmas gift. And I have been called SFC for 2 weeks, several times, no one has ever answered the phone. I’ve left 3 voicemails, and 4 emails. Finally someone responded to my email last week and said they were looking nontoxic my order and they would get back with me “in a minute.” So I assumed later that day. That was almost a week ago, and I have not heard anything back. I’m extremely frustrated not only because I had nothing to give my mom for Christmas but because NO ONE will answer me and let me know anything about my order. I’m a pretty understanding person but no I’m just over it. If you can’t make your customers at least feel heard and like you’re trying to help them, then they aren’t going to want to continue shopping from them.

Their customer service is terrible. I sent two emails asking about where my order might be and didn't get a response until 2 weeks AFTER my order was delivered. It took about 4 weeks before I saw my purchases, which were not on backorder. I wouldn't buy from them if you needed your things by a certain date.

I will not be ordering from here again. It took 2 weeks for them to ship and when I finally got my order I was disappointed in the quality. The hat I ordered was covered in glue and the shoes look extremely cheaply made.

I ordered 2 different sequin dusters, both #XL. I have 2 from previous orders. These 2 are NOWHERE near the same size. They are MUCH smaller. I am disappointed. Possibly they were mismarked, but both have a 3xl tag in them so chances of BOTH being mismarked it unlikely

I’d like to write a positive review but it’s hard when I’ve sent five emails that haven’t been responded to. I ordered a skirt almost three weeks ago and still have not received a shipping notice or a response to the emails I sent questioning it.

I have had purchased before had to return an item no problem. This order #1146195 I have sent two emails and also 3 messages on the website with no replies what so ever. I myself work at a boutique that we do online with shipping. We answer emails, messages and calls that we get daily. Love the clothes. But nothing should come damaged. And I think this should have been resolved.

I tried to reach out about the return policy I thought it qas 30 days but it is only 7. I will not be a returning customer because of this. I am stuck with items I am dissatisfied with. I also reached out in email with no response. I loved the boots you guys sent me so much. The shirt and jacket I got not so much. It sucks I am a single mom and that was my present to myself for my small pony business for Christmas and I am so sad that I don't have the outfit I need for it that fits correctly. The shirt I got was very faded looking and was not like the pictures. I waited for an email back before writing this and unfortunately never got a response. So if you buy something just know that you only have 7 days to return. For some people who don't have printers at home and have to travel far to get to a ups store it's such a hassle to do in the 7 day window. I really hope my feedback helps because I love your clothes.

I needed to return a jacket that was too small. Y'all approved my return but the link did not work. I emailed y'all 4 times letting you know but no response. I also messaged y'all on Instagram no response. My first time buying from y'all and will probably be my last.

Cute clothing/shoes, but I'm having problems with an order that was supposed to be delivered at the end of September. The shipping company said Southern Fried Chics made an error on the shipping label and to contact them as the shipment was returned. Customer service hasn't been able to locate the shipment, and at this point I would just prefer a full refund to the original payment method since it's over a month late.

2 stars because I have tried repeatedly to reach you regarding a return of the items I purchased. The shoes are too small and I need to return them. I may buy another pair in a larger size in at least one color, however I cannot unless you get back to me on the return as soon as possible. I will reconsider my review if this is resolved.

Not real pleased with the customer service. Tge time it took to receive my dresses. Now I’m stuck with dresses I can not wear on my cruise. Now on top of everything I have to purchase more dresses.
