“Ordered what was to be a white pearl necklace that turn out to be white cheap plastic beads a child would wear. I wasn’t expecting real pearls but these beads are embarrassingly ugly. Won’t be wearing this junk”

“I ordered 5 pair of the glitter bomb sneakers. They are super cute but not worth the money. They are a very light weight foam. Shoes you would buy from $5 below. Cute but they won't last long because of the material. Disappointed with quality.”

“Very disappointed in the Mystery Grab bag. It took 24 days to get to me. I had to reach out and inquire about why it had not been shipped. Everything inside was clearance items that did not total what I paid. 2- Necklaces, 2-Rhinestone belts with ribbon, and one pink unicorn face mask.”

“Not the quality I expected. Sweatshirt had a hole when opened and the shoes were low quality also needless to say my daughter was disappointed on Christmas morning:(”

“I was not please with the inability to connect with a person via phone on the delay if my package. Every correspondent had to be placed in an email cue, where I waited for a response late into the evening or next day. Once contacted, Southern Fried Chic was unable to give me a UPS tracking number ( perhaps that was on UPS’ end). Once shipment arrived, open package to a crushed hat. Very disappointed.”

“Ordered several dresses for my wedding. None of them came In on time. One came in the wrong color and never received one of the dresses. Have tried to reach out to the company, but nobody answers when I call, I have left several messages and send many emails with no response from anyone. Would not recommend this company to anyone, very disappointing and waist of money.”

“My wedding rehearsal dress was sent in a cheap bag and crumpled up.. tassels and sequins were all tangled and disordered.. if your going to charge that much for clothes, especially that dress maybe try better quality and better packaging. Sorry for being snippy but weddings are stressful enough especially being as it was Sept. Of 2020. I also had to contact yall to get my dress because if was taking so long to get to me.. I literally got it last minute, scared me to death.”

“I loved the dress that I ordered. This was the first time I have ever ordered from Southern Fried Chics. Very pretty products but I ordered a size too small, I sent an email to try and exchange it for the size above. Per their policy because any item that ends in a .95 or discounted at 25% or more is final sale and is not eligible for returns/exchange's. Now I have had to order the correct size (stuck with two of the same dress). I understand policy, it just makes it a little difficult when you are ordering on-line and not getting the size right. Especially with any type of wedding apparel.”

“My "blinged out" dolly shirt had about 3 stones on it. I do not consider that "blinded out" very disappointed! Was going to wear to a concert, not now. It looks like they just fell off”
