“I have had good experiences and bad experiences. I keep shopping because I love what you guys carry, but the inconsistencies in shipping definitely needs to be addressed. A lot of times when I am ordering it is for a specific event or trip, so when I expect something to come in a week to a week and a half and it comes in 4, not super happy.”

“So sad. Really wanted to love this boutique, but their sizing is NOT consistent. I purchased 3 different dresses from this boutique, all in size small. Each of the dresses dit me differently. I am usually between a xs - small, I am 5’5, 130lbs, athletic build. Here are the dresses I purchased and they way they fit me: 1. Enchanted nights sequins dress - fit me like a large and was WAY too long 2. Bridal ivory off shoulder fit me perfectly 3. Midnight blush dress - fit me like a medium and is WAY too long Sad part is, I am stuck with the midnight blush dress bc they’re not restocking xs and it was on sale. So now I have to either sell it or get it altered. Then, I can only receive store credit for the enchanted nights dress. I would have happily taken the store credit, but I don’t believe in the quality/fit of their products based on Thai experience. I was happy with their customers service. Wish they were willing to give full refunds.”

“I was hoping that this xs dress would have just enough stretch for me. I wear a xs or small in tops and some dresses. This one did not stretch much at all. And the lace in the front pulled weird over the bust area . I probably would heave had to go up 2 sizes, to have a comfortable fit! With no returns or exchanges, I spent almost $30 with shipping, and had to give it away. I hope another order another time, will have better results.”

“I was extremely disappointed to find that all 4 of the dresses that I bought do not fit me. I am the same size in every other store but the 3X here could not even be zipped up half way. I did not look at the return policy before purchasing which was a huge mistake and I can only return for in store credit and I bought literally the largest size they carry. I’m so disappointed because I really wanted to like these dresses and now I am out money unless I can sell them somewhere else.”

“Hey there! I have ordered from y’all many times and have always been pleased except for my last order. I ordered a dress that looked like glue was put down and glitter sprinkled on it like a kindergartener made it… and it left behind so much glitter it was almost embarrassing. … when I tried to return it I could not print the return shipping label on your website and I also emailed y’all about my issue with no response so I am very unhappy with last purchase and would like to exchange this dress for something else!!!”
