No communication at all and when I finally spoke to someone they were very rude I will not recommend this unprofessional company to anyone and I will not be shopping with y’all again either.. very disappointed your customer service is very disrespectful

I like the dress I received but it just wasn’t for me and my body time and trying to exchange it for a smaller size was a huge hassle. I can’t return the dress and now it’s just going to sit and collect dust.😪

I loved the items I received however, I ordered them back in October and did not receive them until the last week of February. It was frustrating that nobody reached out to me to keep me updated on the status of my order- I had to initiate the communication with customer service to find out where and why I had not received my order multiple times.

While my dress shipped rather quick, it was way to short! Still waiting on my exchange dress to come in. Hoping it’s not ridiculously short like go st one.

Cute stuff but the last 3 transactions I have had have been awful. The quality is garbage they never reply to any emails or calls. I exchanged some boots I got as a Christmas gift and they just arrived like a week ago.... this top I received is nothing like advertised because it is 100% see through and the sequins aren’t even attached in any way to keep them on the top. Very disappointed I emailed them a week ago about returning the top and I still haven’t been responded to.

Customer Service needs work! My first order took 12 weeks and I had to return because the size was wrong. My measurements were not the same as the dresses sent. I still have not gotten the exchange dresses.

I love the stuff they sell but based on my 2 shirt purchases I won’t be ordering from here again. Shipping was odd. 3 different drops over 2 1/2 weeks. Not sure why all 4 items weren’t shipped together ??

Clothing is OK quality but service was terrible. Took forever to receive my order (long past any "pre-order" ship dates on the items) and customer service was not responsive, much less helpful when they did choose to respond to my inquiries. I will not shop here again.

I ordered Sherpas, I LOVE the patterns and they are so comfy... But sadly, the sherpas don't stop shedding... The fuzziness gets on everything, I have washed mine 2 times now and still the shedding is so bad. Makes me very sad because I don't even want to wear mine since it sheds so badly.:(

I have ordered 3 times from SFC 2/3 have been awesome experiences. My 3rd purchase was a bit rough, the inconsistency of following policy and their ads of what was pre-order and not, communication with staff, low quality in expensive items are why I've left 2 stars instead of 5. Although I understand business during a pandemic, that does not cover the fact you could order through an ad not knowing it was pre-order (even paid expedited shipping for the order I received almost 4 months later). My entire order was held until everything came in but eventually shipped separately (against policy) along with my second order. I have given this feedback before with no response on fixing the issues. Also if you don't reply super nicely to their emails they refuse to respond to you, even if they are completely wrong in their information they are providing. I eventually had to reach out to a worker via Facebook messenger.

The quality of the products is awesome. I ordered a koozie as a gift, got it in & it was misprinted... Totally not what I wanted. So I tried calling the store & I called 3 times before deciding to leave a voicemail... I never heard anything back.. Reordered the item, it’s now late for her birthday & I spent more than I was hoping... Just frustrating when you order something, it’s not what you wanted, and you can’t get ahold of anyone...

Although I love everything that I have ever bought from your store, I can't help but be a little upset. I placed an order back in October of 2020 with 2 pairs of boots and I have yet to receive them.

I ordered in November and didn’t receive until February, which I understand. However, when I received my package, the shirt has a hole in it. I tried to email and message regarding this and haven’t received a response yet.

You make a purchase, NOT PREORDER, and it’s take over 3 months to get partial part of the order then to be notified when filling a complaint that the other part of the order is sold out!! Horrible, why sell items if you can’t keep on top of the inventory? Second how and why are you items sizing all over the place..??? Once I have been able to receive partial part of my orders that have actual fit the items are extremely cute however I do t like to gamble with my money if it’s gonna fit plus wonder how long it’s gonna take to arrive!

Took forever to get my order. The cow cup is discolored. The I don’t talk dipshit hat is sewn weird and doesn’t fit like it should. Just not happy overall. I know y’all have had issues. Hope you get them fixed but I won’t be ordering again.

I placed a pre-order for a cow hide sherpa in October. I did not realize that a pre-order would mean 3 months. I did get a pair of cow hide sneakers for free with my order, but unfortunately I ordered a size 10 (my size) and they did not fit. My daughter was able to wear them, so it made her happy. The clothing and shoes were of good quality, but I wish that I had more information regarding the pre-order. Not sure I will order again.

The clothes are very cute if you can guess the right size, their sizing is all over the place. But I have to say they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I know from ordering from them in the past you have to order months before you need it to actually get it on time even though they say it ships in like 10 business days, it never does. & when you inquire about shipping there’s alway an excuse sorry corona virus or sorry we have had a lot of orders, always the same story different day. The absolute worst thing that happened is that I ordered in the first of October and it was promised to be delivered the first week of December, I took the chance on this Christmas present and lost because not only was it not delivered until the very end of January but they never even reached out and told me that it wasn’t going to be delivered on time thankfully the gift was for my best friend and she is understanding as she has ordered from here and has had issues too. Long story short if your good at guessing your size and okay with waiting half a year to get the clothes go for it.
