I’m disappointed that SFC was unable to cancel my order that I waited 4 months for. They told me to just return the item once it was received which I did and I received store credit minutes shipping it back. I ordered a Sherpa which is very bad quality material on the inside that touches your skin. Overall I expected better quality items for the price. A $50 Sherpa better be soft and cozy but this felt really uncomfortable. I Will’s be happy to be contacted by customer service to resolve the issue but I don’t want to pay for shipping to return the item again.

Took over a month 2 get 2 pair of earrings no emails or response on the delay until I emailed after a month. I needed one pair for an event & did not have them.I do like your items so will give it another try sometime

I used to love this boutique. It’s honestly a hit or miss. My items were shipped to my last address even though I updated it on my account twice. Unfortunately I didn’t realize this until after it had shipped so I couldn’t get it fixed. Because of this, the items ended up with my ex-husband so I will never see them. On top of that, it took months to ship and I was given the wrong tracking number so I couldn’t even intercept the package. It’s been really difficult to get anyone to respond to your inquiries. Overall not a great experience the last few months.

It took over 2 months to receive items. I tried to cancel but there was only an option for credit. If you are going to have extreme shipping and processing time such as 2 months then we should absolutely be allowed to cancel and get a refund. I ordered items for a trip more than a month in advance that did not arrive in time. Absurd

Two stars for one of the three products I ordered, the glitter shoes are great. The mauve, white, L blue and D blue tie dye duster I ordered came as this ugly pink, mauve, bluish purple dingy dirty looking thing! The sequin duster is very thin cheap made and very itchy! Ordered these on November 30th for a Christmas present, two showed up end of the first week in January, the other not until the End of January! So you keep your lousy 10% discount for a review. Unsubscribed, blocked and deleted!! Too-da-loo!!

My order didn’t come in for a long time and I called multiple times and no one answered or responded to my voicemails. I also got an email stating I’d get a free gift for the delay and there was no gift when my package came in.

The items that I got were decent quality but I am still waiting on half of my order. I have reached out several times and was told that USPS had delays. I reached out to USPS and was told that they never received the package. I have tried to contact you guys through email and Facebook with no response. Your clothes are cute but not worth never hearing back about concerns.

SFC’s quality and customer service has declined rapidly in the last 3 years. When I first began buying their clothes they seemed high quality and small batch with unique pieces. Now it appears they must be drop shipping or colabeling as many of the clothes don’t have the same fit or high quality texture former pieces did. I am very disappointed with my last 3 orders and have will no longer shop there. This doesn’t even touch on how long it now takes to receive items (2-4 months) and their return policy which would appears to be an urban legend since there are endless exclusions to prevent you from using it. I hope they revamp completely and get back to the quality they once had. :(

Ordered the Twyla dress in November, the site say they are true to size; I’m a 13 (xl) when the dress came in JANUARY, it was too small. I have requested a return/refund, but have yet to hear back. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this place again.

I ordered for a wedding, I ordered a size up and the dress barely fit. The next size up is not available so the exchange or store credit wouldnt be helpful. There's no refunds, so I basically wasted almost $100 for something Ill never wear, as the outcome is the bride is looking for dresses elsewhere. It took a month and a half to receive after ordered.

I love the style. But I have tried emailing 4 times no response.. dresses are beautiful however if u have a bigger chest they don't always seem to fit.. they need to focus on their customers experience

I ordered the Poppin Bottles Rose Gold dress. Beautiful dress but the pictures are a bit deceiving. It looks like a white or even off white dress with rose gold sparkles but it's more of a rose gold dress with rose gold sparkles. Still pretty but not what I expected. I also went off the size chart with my measurements and got an XL but it was really big on me and I should have done a large or even a medium instead. When I went to discuss exchanging it for a smaller size, their automated system of responses was a little frustrating because I needed to establish if they even had the needed size in stock before I bothered to return it. Took me over 2 days of back and forth with them to finally be told, no, they did not have that size. I need this dress for an event soon so I have to have it altered to fit appropriately. Overall a beautiful dress but I don't think I'll be ordering from this company again.

I ordered back in November and still have yet to receive my order, it’s now January 20th. I ordered in the past and it took a while but not this long. I love the product but the wait to get your stuff sucks. I stuff I’m waiting on was supposed to be Christmas gifts.

I was super excited about the DESERT SUNRISE AZTEC SHERPA - TAN that I ordered on 11/1/2020 for $59.99 I also ordered another shirt with it and received it right away. But I ended up getting the Sherpa on 1/19/2021 and it’s now on the website for $22.95. I contacted SFC and they stated that it was on its way a couple of different times. It’s just disheartening that I literally had to wait almost two and a half months to receive one item with no reason.

I don’t really think you want my review. I understand that the mail has been messed up as I too am a small business owner. But the fact that I ordered 3 items in November and didn’t receive until after Christmas is totally unacceptable. Additionally, I was supposed to get a turquoise and brown duster which is only brown and black. I believe that you can do a little bit better than this and you should compensate your customers either way for the hardship as I’m sure a ton of us bought this stuff for Christmas presents. You seem to get some really excellent reviews on FB and now I can’t help but wonder if those are friends/family doing the commenting…
