“Usually they're great. Unfortunately my last purchase was terrible quality and their customer service team was apathetic at best. They sent me a replacement, which was great, but I really wanted my money back instead of another low quality item and a rude customer service rep. I've spent probably around 500$ on them to date. But after my last order, I don't think I'll be going back for a while.”

“Minimal size discreptions and it's frustrating that you don't refund money. Now I'm stuck tying to figure out what to buy with 90$ after I had to return something that did not fit correctly.”

“Customer service is lacking in response time. Took a week or two to get back to me on several occasions. You have to constantly watch your purchases and their inventory is always off. I have ordered so many things and been told after the first day they have something that it was sold out after I ordered it the very first day they had it on their site. Also, the website stays the same for months...boring.”

“Very disappointed in the quality. The dress I purchased was very cheaply made and nearly see through. First time ordering and discovered there is no return policy and they only give store credit, after 15 days there is a 20% restocking and you pay return shipping as well. Overall disappointing and don’t see myself ordering from the company again.”

“Shipping was SUPER fast! I got my order in less than five days and I was really impressed about that. The dress fit and is good quality, however it's not going to work for the event I'm attending. Hence the two star review. I should have read the return policy before I ordered. If I had, I never would have ordered from this site to begin with. I'd like to get my money back, but all they offer is store credit. Very disappointing.”

“It's unfortunate that you cannot get a credit to your original form of payment when the quality of an item is not what you expected so you're forced to purchase something else in replacement. Item took foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr to receive. Double hit when it didn't work out and then couldn't get money back.”

“Love the apparel however I received the wrong item. Contacted the company to correct it and sent them pictures as requested only to never have an update and have to reach out to them several times with no results being told they’re waiting to hear from their vendor and to be stuck with what I didn’t order. Super disappointed.”

“Upsetting that I’ve bought hundreds of dollars worth of clothing but only 1/3 of them actually fit. Items purchased based off description but some run way too small or way too large even when they are the same size. Disappointing.”

“Ordered a Jean dress in my normal size (small) it was wayyy to big, so I requested an exchange for the x-small. But in order to get the size I need I was sent a confirmation to pay an additional $13+. I paid $78 for the dress, now I’ll be paying over $90. I feel like I’m just getting ripped off, I could’ve bought a similar one on Amazon and exchanged for free”

“I was sent boots that were two different sizes. It was simple mistake that I completely understand but it took almost 2 month to resolve the issue. I understand I’m not the only customer or order but they went over a month without responding to my emails requesting an update.”
