I had ordered this car freshener on 6/17/2022, the only item I bought that day. I understand that it says at the bottom of the confirmation email that it takes 2-8 weeks for a preorder item(s). However on the sight it says that it is in stock and has been since I first ordered it. It is now week 6 and I have received two emails, sent a week apart, asking to review an item that I never received. Least to say I’m very puzzled by the outcome so far.

Wife loves there products. However I would suggest ordering most items 3 months in advance, as shipping and processing is very slow.

The clothing was super cute online but the quality isn’t that great when you get it. A lot of the stitching is off and uneven. There was a couple things that I loved in person that were good but all the other stuff i was just stuck with it since you can’t return it. And I know it says on the website that you can’t exchange clothes that are on sale but I feel like that’s strange and that’s not good customer service. I think this is the only place I’ve ever bought stuff from that won’t let you exchange or return sale items. The stuff was probably on sale because the quality wasn’t very good.

My dress did not fit and because it ended in .95 I was told it could not be returned. If this is the case as most items are this price then there should be a before you buy are you sure as it’s non refundable message.

Products are very expensive and the quality is not good. Everything is so cheaply made and falls apart easily. Will not be ordering again

Very disappointed that I paid for expedited shipping and didn’t receive the shirts I ordered within the expedited shipping time. Also upset that one shirt was a Bella Canvas and the other shirt of the EXACT style was a Giland.

I'm going to have to give my my half zip up pull over teal/cow print sweater a 2 star. (I believe it was supposed to be beth vibes turquoise half zip up sherpa) but not 100 percent sure as I wanted either or. I was not impressed with the quality of the sweater. There were strings/threads hanging off every where, the fluf on the sleeves, chunks of the fluff was falling off the sweater. There is no soft lining between the two different fabrics making the sleeves on the inside very rough on the skin. I wore it for about half an hour and just had to take it off. The upside is that the color is really pretty and the cow print "idea/concept" is really witty with the teal contrast. But im just dumbfounded with the quality, or lack of quality, in the sweater I purchased for almost $40.00. (That's total with shipping and handling).

The dress I ordered was a totally different color then what is shown on the website, I’m assuming it’s due to a filter. The dress looked to be an off white with a light gold overlay with some sparkle, what I got was a totally gold dress. I contacted customer service and I could not return it and get a refund or get store credit even though I only tried it on once. I was hoping to wear this dress to my college graduation and now I must search around for a replacement dress even though I was in love with this dress online.

This dress is gorgeous on. The only reason I'm putting two stars is for the fact that the description did not tell you the length of the dress. This dress is about 8 inches too long for me. I am 5 foot 5 inches. Now, I have to return it or choose to spend even more money to get the dress altered.

Took a long time to ship. And the items looked much better online than once received, I was quite disappointed. Not sure I'll order anything again. If you are need your purchase within a month do not, order way ahead.

Placed 2 orders December 4th. Middle of January still no package received. Reached out via email and no response. Finally took to their social media page and someone finally contacted me. Half my items were sold out in the size I needed. I told them to just send the next size up. They refused and refunded my money. They told me to place my order again online. I bought dusters for $50 in December with the black friday code. Now they're back to $99. No thank you. I've had nothing but bad service from this company. I definitely will not be ordering from them again!

I had previously ordered a beautiful duster before and knew SFC would have the sequin duster I had been wanting to go with my new boots. So I placed an order for a duster a cardi a top and some earrings on the 8th of December. A month went by with no updates on shipping or delays and I tried contacting guest services after several failed attempts I was able to contact someone in Instagram. They were able to find out what was going on with my order and unfortunately I only received 2 items one not being the duster I really wanted and needed. When I received the partial package the cardigan was a 1x when I ordered a xl and the earrings were rose gold when I ordered silver. I am a GM in retail and completely understand the holidays were insane and there was several delays and shipping issues. But with that I received no communication and in the end nothing I ordered. No kind of compensation for my issues and that really makes me sad cause I love all the stuff ya'll sell and it's really the looks I'm going for when I want to wear my boots. This experience has made me very uncomfortable to order again.
