I made an order with two pre sale items in there. No information was given after the order as far as when those items would be shipped, that’s fine. The third item that wasn’t even pre sale didn’t ship until those other two items, that was also fine. I then noticed the pre sale items were available on the website they were for sale, I sent an email inquiring for a tracking number, no response. I sent a second email, no response. I sent a third email, no response. I sent a direct message on Instagram, no response. I even went as far as emailing Liz, no response. I placed a new order for cowboy boots that shipped quickly and without issue. After that, I inquired again about my missing order, no response. But one of the pre sale items did ship, again the item that was not a pre sale item still has not shipped. No email has ever been responded to, I asked to return the cowboy boots as I’d like to not continue the support of this company, I understand no monetary refund will be given but that has not been addressed either. I have a beautiful purple dress from y’all that I receive tons of compliments on, I’ve recommended y’all to a ton of people and it’s a shame this has happened. I’d love to cancel the other two missing items if possible to not have to maintain this any longer if possible.

I did a pre order, and when I got these lovely boots (on time), I can’t get my feet past the heel cup. Now, I won’t say anything about quality of the boot- because they look lovely and I would love to wear them, especially since they should fit my calves; however, I contacted customer service about returning them (because, let’s be honest, they’re a bit pricy) and I have received no response. It’s been over 10 days, and I’m just wondering how else I can contact someone about returning these boots. They’re super popular, and since I haven’t even been able to get my foot in them, I’m sure there are others out there who would love the pair that I can’t wear.

Bought boots for 200$ and they didn’t fit. They wouldn’t even let me exchange them for a different size because I got them on sale. Glad I wasted my money.

The customer service is terrible. I bought over $200 worth of stuff that I am unable to return. I did not realize that I couldn’t return it when I bought it and I wouldn’t have bought it if I couldn’t return it. This is the last time I will buy from this company. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Everything was too small. The shoes came up over the ankle and no way to get our feet in. These were Christmas gifts and a total bust. I have contacted customer service by email and phone with no results. I was so excited over everything that I didn’t look at return policy. I can’t use a store credit. Nothing u have will fit. I wear 9wide shoe and I ordered a 10 wide. No way my foot would fit. Same way as dusters. I saved to get nice Christmas gifts for my sisters and now I have nothing for them. Please refund my money to me. Thanks.

Worst customer service ever! Placed a order in plenty of time to get here by Christmas…received 2 items that I ordered..you guys said that you shipped 3 but only 2 items were in there out out 4. Emailed and never got a answer. Still missing a shacket and Freshie and won’t be here by Christmas.

Buyer beware. If you purchase anything ending in.95 it is final sale. My experience is that anything final sale is inventory that is defective. The high end prices for dollar store quality is not acceptable. I will not be a returning customer.

I ordered 8 items one was shipped separately. I recieved that, but not the rest... Trying to get customer service has been an absolute nightmare. My package has been lost for 10 days, and UPS and I are both waiting on them. I would happily reorder but most the stuff I ordered is out of stock now

A piece of jewelry arrived broken. Since December 7th I have sent 4 emails, completed contact me form on their website, and left a message on their store line; however no response has been received. Past experiences have been great but this has been unacceptable. I have given days in between contact attempts to allow for the Christmas rush.

Mediocre products and appalling customer service. Customers have a snowball's chance in hell of trying a product and being able to return/exchange it. I do not recommend purchasing from these bedazzled scam artists.

wish i could leave 0 stars. i spent over 300$ on 2 jackets that are cheaply made! They will not exchange or return your items no matter the circumstances!!! All i wanted is a different size but they wont so it so im stuck with 2 ugly, cheap jackets that dont fit! Dont waste your time! Worst customer service i have ever experienced!!!!

I placed an order on 11/26/22. Ordered 2 pricey but beautiful belts. Rec'd the order however only rec'd 1 belt on the order and also the invoice is correct, the 2nd belt was completely different. I've been trying to reach customer service now for 5 days straight via email, telephone and chat. I CANNOT get anyone to call me, email me or even respond to me. I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR. This is my 1st order with So Fried Chics and thus far would not recommend a company that does not make their error right.

If I could give zero stars I would! I’ve been trying to contact this company to return my items for weeks now!!!! Unsure if they have one person working, or they are just a horrible business practice! Order number: 1148002, so you all know I’m not posting a fake review. I ordered two wedding dresses and a necklace on Nov 15th. I contacted them on the 17th via phone calls, voice messages and emails to cancel my order due to moving my wedding up and not having the dress altered in time. No response. I emailed again on the 23rd STILL NO RESPONSE. On Dec 1st the order went out. I emailed them for the 3rd time. On Dec 5th I finally got a response that said, “Unfortunately this shipped out before I received your order number! Once you receive your items you can reach back to me and we can get the return started for you!“ I received the items, the necklace came broken! I’ve reached back out on, Dec 5th, 7th and 14th and still haven’t heard back! I need to return these items and I absolutely DO NOT want a store credit! I need a FULL REFUND! I have no clue how this company is in business. Maybe it’s because they are thieves and think that the consumer will get sick and tired of trying to return items that they said screw it. This business needs to get their act together! Maybe stop posting on social media and actually work!

When a company is to big they can’t handle customer service then they will loose customers. Customers are who helped build your company !! I ordered a size 8 boot that cost me a pretty penny and they sent an 11 but will not respond to email or calls . So what do I do with a size 11? Very very disappointed in your company!!

I’ve sent two separate emails now. First I paid $50 for two day shipping for my items to get to me on time before an event and all the pieces I ordered came in at different times and didn’t come close to two day shipping. I then sent another email asking for details so I could return everything since I obviously didn’t need it anymore and still have no heard back from either email.
