I am really disappointed to pre-order things and if something is included in your order that is in stocks, then you have to wait for that as well until your pre-order is ready. This has taken months. Also, I have ordered a few things in the last month that is sized very poorly. I order a large and it comes in looking as if it were size small. Then I can not even exchange it for a different size, just not returnable. I have stopped ordering because of these things.

First off, my expectations were really high. I’ve been seeing ads for this shop all over. I decided to splurge ( spend more then I typically would) on the red sequins blazer for a event I’m going to. I was very disappointed in the quality of the item. It looked so cheaply made and they were charging $90 for it, I got it during Black Friday and spent $70. Still a lot of money. Due to the quality and the fact that I was not happy with the item i received. I asked for a refund and or exchange and they refused my request. I’m so beyond unhappy with the purchase and the customer service within this company I will NEVER shop here again and I advise everyone else to do the same. Disappointed isn’t even a word I would use. Now I’m stuck with an blazer ( which is more like a cheaply made piece of fabric) and wasted money I will never get back. Very upset, I would be more understanding if I was given the opportunity to exchange or refund but I was refused, YALL lost a customer..

I’ve emailed multiple times with no response about my order. It says it was delivered but the photo that fedex delivered wasn’t my home. I paid for insurance on my order but no one has contacted me. Very disappointed. These items were for Christmas.

I used to love shopping this website and spent a lot of money with them but the last 2 orders I’ve placed have been a disaster! I ordered Christmas presents for my daughter, received 1 item from an order that contained 6-7 things. The rest has said “preparing to ship” for 3 weeks. The other order I placed, they refunded the dress I ordered bc I guess they over-sold? And still haven’t received the other items from that order either. I’ve sent 3 emails with no response! I wouldn’t be surprised if they ended up refunding all the missing items and leave me to scramble for new gifts a few days before Christmas!!! So unreliable, I’m very disappointed! They have lost my business.

I initially bought a very expensive pair of boots off of this website...the came in a bag, not a box, and were FOLDED! with a hard crease through the ankle of the boot. Upon further inspection, I seen that they were VERY cheaply made...not worth the price they were asking AND they didn't even fit me at my normal size....the company didn't offer me my money back but only store credit...so I ordered a red blazer...it came looking like they bought it from wish.com and slapped a $80 price tag on it! Very unsatisfied with this company

I absolutely love their stuff but unfortunately due to their rigid return policy I can't shop here anymore. Ordered the most beautiful boots that were too small and now I'm out $100 because I bought them on sale.

I received an item damaged, and have made multiple contact attempts to reach the seller with no luck, I’ve emailed and called. I also need to exchange a T shirt and have been unable to do so due to lack of contact

There was an issue with the shipment of my garment. Multiple emails failed to produce a response. I finally had to reach out via Instagram to get some assistance. My issue was resolved, but the package was very late and when it arrived, there were multiple issues with the garment from a quality and fit perspective. Overall I can’t recommend this store.

I had a pre order that arrived late which wasn’t a problem I understand how that goes. But when I got my package it was supposed to include 2 dresses but only one showed up. I emailed and called Olenka multiple times over the course of 3-4 weeks and never got a reply. She was so quick to respond prior to this issue and then all of the sudden I never heard back from her again. This is incredibly poor service especially on items that are this pricey. I still have not gotten a resolution on this. Not to mention the dress that was on pre order is completely falling apart. It was the color me beautiful dress and ALL the sequins are falling off. I leave a trail of sequins when I put it on so I cannot wear it. This was an expensive dress! I’d love some follow up on this from someone.

I’ve been a customer with southern fried chicks for a very long time. And I hate to write this. But I recently purchased a skirt and it did not fit correctly and I contacted them and I got approved for a refund or exchange is all I was wanting and they never sent me anything on how to send it back on time I tried calling and emailing via personal messaging and I never heard anything back in my time ran out on sending the package back I will never order anything from this company again. I was very disappointed.
