Everything was handled in a timely manner. Only thing that will be the reason I don’t buy from here again is the sizes. Bought a dress in an XL. Fit in my chest but didn’t zip, so I went up to a 2XL. BOOBS DIDNT FIT but the dress zipped. Which makes 0 sense to me. So now I’m out $180 and have no dress to wear to a wedding :(

I found the refund /exchange to be hard to find . Was unable to exchange or return on item that was very clealry labeled as a final sale. Also when having two models in varying sizes would be helpful if they provided the models measurements and sizes for reference.

I ordered the Lace Talk About It dress and received a product that was falsely advertised as "true to size" and a color that was entirely different from the pictures. I'm very dissapointed because the dress is unwearable due to the size I received.

I do not like the jacket that I bought. My hair gets caught in the sequins so it is not comfortable to wear. When I tried to return it I was told that I cannot.

Not too long ago, I would have rated them a 5 as I am a repeat customer & love their products. However, the description for my most recent purchase was inaccurate as the boots do not fit true to size. I have purchased 3 other pair of boots previously in the same size & these are much smaller & do not fit. Despite the inaccuracy, they have refused to make it right & allow me to exchange them for a larger size. What a waste of money!

My mother and I ordered this same dress, different colors, within 10 minutes of eachother-- my order being first. We had an event to go to on 4/15, so I called SFC to make sure that if I ordered on 4/1/22 (the date we ordered), that the dress would be to me and my mom by 4/15. It is now 4/19, the dress still is not here, I had to find another outfit to wear. My mom's dress came in on time, it showed up late, but it was shipped and delivered by about the 12th. Beautiful dress, but just keep in mind that the shipping might screw you over. I may return mine since it did not come for the specific event it was shipped for.

Hey Scarlett! I am so sorry about that! Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the package once it leaves our facility and all carriers have been having issues due to limited staffing right now. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused!

I purchased two items, which I had to repurchase a different size because their sizing chart on their website is inaccurate, and when I went to return the two huge dresses, it was rejected due to final sale. Or so they say. Unreal. Even with a fault of their own system having the wrong measurements. Even though there stuff was cute, the customer service alone was less than acceptable. They wouldn’t even allow an even exchange, which is what their website says they’ll do. Buyer beware! You can get everyone in my wedding party will not be purchasing from here. Communication was worthless

1st time & last time I'll ever buy from them. Bought a wedding dress, doesn't fit well & simply wanted to exchange. They advised because it was on sale, no refunds or exchanges. Wasn't advised of this upon purchase.

So far not very good, haven’t received my order very upset by it, was going to wear the dress to my bridal shower, I received a text stating my package had shipped but when I track the shipping number provided it says it an invalid number.

I placed an order on March 2, and never received it. After contacting your customer service through email, Olenka, informed me that it’s not the company’s problem once the items leave the warehouse. I ordered $92.35 worth of merchandise, didn’t receive it, because it is lost in shipping, I don’t get a refund reshipment, nothing. If your company is not responsible for getting my items to me, than why would you offer the shipping options that you do? I have never had a company do this, and I have ordered from this company a lot!!! I can’t believe no one is willing to help me with this and I’m just out $92!!!!! I’m just shocked this company works this way… and by the way, Olenka probably shouldn’t work for your company.

Hey Meleah! I am so sorry that you have had this experience! Unfortunately, once a package leaves our facility, we do not have any control over the carrier completing the delivery. I can see in your order notes that Olenka has issued you a courtesty store credit and filed a lost package claim to try to get your money back. Those claims do take some time but I can assure you that she is doing her best to get you taken care of! We sincerely appreciate your paitence while we work through this process.
