“The dress I ordered was not what I expected at all the material was cheap and sizing was way off. When I requested a return they said I could not return because it was on sale for 79.95? So I paid 80 dollars for a terrible dress that I can’t do anything with and can’t even exchange. Not to mention the shipping was an additional 10 dollars. Not impressed and extremely dissatisfied.”

“I've followed you for a while and have been waiting for an opportunity to try out your store. We just went on vacation so I ordered a dress that unfortunately ended up being too large. I would have happily taken a store credit and bought something else. I paid extra for expedited shipping and would have paid for shipping back so I would have ended up with a fraction of my purchase price. Still no big deal would have been happy to have a credit for something to put towards my next purchase. Then I received an email that you do not accept refunds/exchanges. Those terms are just not acceptable to me. I have unfollowed you and will not make another purchase. This is unfortunately why Amazon is so successful - easy returns/exchanges.”

“I highly doubt my review will matter as the customer experience as whole was awful ..... I ordered Got my mystery bags all 4 of them .... Ordered 1. Under 25 mystery bag 2, 2-3 Accessories 24.95, 2. Bridal mystery bag (m) 4-5 pieces 124.95 3. Mystery Bag 4 4-5 pieces 49.95 and 4. Mystery bad 5 ( med) 4 pieces 39.99 in two separate orders so was charged twice for shipping but everything came in one box..... In total I received 4 items of clothing and 11 accessories for 240 dollars, multiple items were doubled .... After several emails and conversations I was promised a 10 store credit for keeping my orders and not cancelling which I never received the 10.00, after several more emails I finally received my orders all in one box, so why do did I pay shipping twice, was so disappointed in what I received, called, emailed and messaged through Facebook and the customer service is almost if not as bad as the merchandise and shipping time. What I can say is the items I received I liked other that the doubles and the wedding dress which although I bought a bridal bag the acual dress probably the worst on ur site !!!! After all of this I received a 25 gc ..... But still didn't receive the original 10 was promised overall awful experience ....”

“Your mystery bags left a lot to be desired! Ordered 2 bags -- took 7 weeks to receive and both bags had EXACTLY the same thing in it! WHY would anyone want that?! And all of it looked to be leftovers --nothing cute & blingy that you are known for. When i complained and asked to return one for credit -- not even a refund -- I was told no. So I will NEVER order another thing from SFC. If I could give zero stars I would!”

“A Little upset about a recent purchase....I purchased mystery bag 5 which i read was supposed to be filled with clothes....I looked at a few bags and made sure to stear clear of the ones with the accessories because I don't really wear accessories and was in need of something different in the wardrobe. I didnt get the package until two weeks after its intended arrive date and when reaching out they said if i was willing to wait I woud recieve a credit in my email...which I never recieved. I was extremely excited to get this package and when it came I was really shocked at the size...I opened it and was bothered even more....I got three accessories and a skirt.....not exactly the clothing update i was expecting. When I went to re-read the mystery bag description, I saw that they were all taken down. I am very sad and unsatisfied with my purchase.”

“The clothes from this website are great! All my bridesmaids bought by their dresses on here and I’m so excited. But recently I also purchase three different dresses to wear for my wedding and it is over a week past excepted and to top it off I waited three weeks before they even shipped it. I’m so upset. Now I keep tracking it and on fed ex it seems like it’s getting further from me and further. Doesn’t make sense.”

“Very disappointed! I ordered a large and X-Large mystery bag and got the exact same items in each. Was under the impression that each bag was uniquely created. The fact that no one questioned the packing slip with said items is disappointing. I learned my lesson and probably will not order again. On top of it one necklace was broken in the packaging.”

“Oversold the mystery grab bags , sent same stuff to everyone if they even sent it at all. Necklace was broken at clasp and only 4 items were sent. Everything was just thrown in a box. Took over a month to get here and that was only after messaging and emailing company. Will NEVER purchase again.”

“Very disappointed with my experience with your store. I ordered a packaged and paid for shipping waited about three weeks and still didn’t receive my package. At that point I was getting close to move so I started reaching out to try to change the address to my new address since it didn’t seem to be shipping anytime soon. I emailed 10 days before I left then 7 days before I left and got no answer so I finally called and she said she updated my address. But it was shipped to my old address instead of the new address after just about a month of waiting even though I paid for the 7 day shipping. I’m extremely disappointed in my experience.”

“Worst purchase I’ve ever made. It took over a month to even ship the item. There is no mention online of WEEKS delay. They advertise holiday content but neglect to tell you that it likely won’t arrive until the holiday passes. So glad i changed my mind on that Christmas shirt that i almost bought. When the item (hat) FINALLY arrived, it’s small enough to fit a small child at best! Not to mention the crease in the brim of the hat. Waste of time & money! Went straight into the trash. This was my first and last purchase. Next time I’ll order from Amazon.”
