Literally the worst turn around time I have ever experienced with a retailer-small or large. I’ve had packages from China arrive faster. Customer service ignore my emails after my first message. It took 5 weeks to receive my 1 item. And mind you the item was extremely poor quality, I had to open a claim with PayPal to get them to send out my purchase. I love how getting PayPal finally got them to send my item, extremely poor shipping/handling time frame and customer service. Business big or small, definitely the worst buying experience I’ve ever had. Being a smaller business of sorts you’d expect better customer care and service, I’ll never recommend this company due to the quality of my item and more importantly the time it took to get it. Extremely disappointed and you’ll never receive a purchase from me again. I’m one to support growing businesses when handled/operated correctly.

I’ve ordered from SFC before with very good, quick service. However this time I ordered 2 necklaces on 12/9/21 and didn’t receive them until 1/6/22.

Bought 3 mystery bags one for $150 and 2 for $25. My $150 grab bag had the same things as one of my $25 bags. When I called it seemed as though they were going to help promptly. It's now been over a week. When I email they go unanswered, but I do hear back from them when I call (3 times now). Honestly, I just want to return the items and get a refund because this is insane. It also took over a MONTH to ship the products. I was promised a $10 store credit for the shipping delay and never received that either. I don't recommend them solely because of their customer service. Their products are okay, but not for the price.

I’m irritated with the customer service of this company. I ordered the item on 12/8/2021, first it did not say at the time I ordered it would arrive after Christmas. Thankfully I was purchasing it for myself and not as a gift. Then the new year comes and goes and I have literally no update on my order. I would have never been notified that there was a problem with the new warehouse and the items weren’t coming. I had to reach out because I was looking through comments on Facebook where many other customers were saying they were getting scammed because their items never arrived. BIG RED FLAG. Learn how to communicate with your customers so they aren’t left thinking they are getting scammed. I will probably not order from here again.

Takes way too long to receive their items. It stated when I purchased that it would ship in 1-2 weeks but it took over a month to ship. When I asked for a refund it magically shipped that day. Will not be purchasing from them again.

Customer Service was not what it used to be. I have shopped here for holiday gifts for the last 3 years, and this year the experience was not customer friendly at all. And there was a blatant lack of response to my emails. we finally received 2/3 of what I ordered. I have ordered these in the past and they have been wonderful. But then I read reviews where the newer ones were not so good. We will see.

In all my experiences ordering this is the worst company ever. I ordered 2 mystery bags December 2nd. Just got it yesterday January 13th. Both mystery bands were the same!!! Cheap dresses so much glitter on my floor...ridiculous!!! Very poor service and quality.

Have purchased a few things from here. So I decided to buy a grab bag. I specified my size as 3x. Ended up getting a large dress and a kids face mask. It took almost a month and a half for me to get it.was promised a credit for the delay. Never got it. Was given the run around through customer service. My review was taken off of Facebook. Have no doubt that this one won’t show up either. This was definitely my last order

I ordered some products on 12/6/21 . Have not received the products or email or phone call from this company in where my products are . Sent 2 emails , no answer … nothing . I want my money back !!!!!!!

I was very displeased with the amount of time it took to receive my item. I ordered on December 6th and was expecting to wear it out of town for New Years but did not receive it until after I returned from out of state. I was told my order would be cancelled and I would not be charged and that did not happen. Worse online boutique I’ve ever had experience with unfortunately.

It took 24 days to get my order. It was Christmas gifts that I received after Christmas. I was told I would get a refund and that my order would be canceled. However the next day my order got shipped before it could be canceled. Cute stuff but it shouldn’t take 24 days to receive an order.

Your clothes are beautiful with the exception of the crappy zipper on your dresses. My concern is your shipping. Why when I buy something on November 30th for Christmas do I not get it till December 28th, why do I not have a gift for my neice?? This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen and because of this, I won’t buy another thing from you. I ordered items from China that got here before Christmas. Stop making excuses to people on your VIP and other site and fix the problem!!

I ordered a black duster that was on sale for $39.95 paid $42 for 2-day shipping so I could have it for NYE. I have still not received my order. I inquired about it and was told by Alyssa, sorry our shipping takes 10-14 days. I asked for a refund of the 2-day shipping and was told "We are on this shipping process regardless of shipping chosen. The shipping chosen is for once it leaves us. Sorry for the confusion!" This is very poor customer service and will never order anything from here again. I will also report this to the BBB.

I never give bad reviews but I’m Not at all pleased! my daughter’s Christmas present arrived with the Southern fried chics tag upside down! And it was too late to get another one before Christmas so now I’m stuck with something unwearable! And I had high hopes for this company
