Loved the top but unfortunately was sent a XXL when I ordered a medium. I still haven’t received a return label or reply after 2 weeks.

Very disappointed. Sizes are not true to size . I’m normally a size S and i ordered 2 dresses. I contacted costumer service to exchange one of the dresses to a M and nobody was helpful. Then i ordered then I ordered the mystery bag size M got a wedding dress that fits like a L or XL a dress with sequins that had strains all over I cut some of them and other ones just tried to hide them so the sequins don’t keep falling the dress didn’t even had a tag got an ugly blouse that has no shape. Very disappointed because I love the style. But honestly I feel like I just wasted my money. So I won’t buy again.

I always love the clothes I get from here. Most of the time it’s very speedy shipping. I’m having trouble getting my 39$ mystery bag from them.

The overall quality isnt bad that's not what this review is towards but their shipping is absolutely horrendous takes way too long I had orders from shein come faster than anything I ordered from there it's going on a month for one of my orders and it still hasn't shipped

I love these boots but can't wear them, way too small. They are not true to size. Southern Fried Chics won't let me exchange for a bigger size. Not too happy about this. It would be nice to wear them.

I ordered a dress 3 weeks ago and fedex posted to deliver in November 20th and still nothing. The event I needed it for has passed. And to be told by your customer service that it is out of your hands is ridiculous! I want reimbursement for an order I am not receiving because it’s obviously lost. You are so expensive and first time I try to order u get ripped off like this so I’m out of luck. I will take it to the better business bureau and report this bad customer service and make sure to let people know of your bad service and not refunding.

Sweet little boutique with a great selection!!! BUT I returned a pair of boots to get credit and just simply order something else, I’m still waiting on the credit or email confirmation from the store. Nothing. I would not recommend.

I've already written a review about the dress stating it is not sequins but glitter glued on. I leave a trail of glitter whenever I put it on. However, my review has been removed (or not posted)

Dress came with the lace stuck in the zipper, zipper broke and size is smaller than usual size make sure you get a bigger size and dont buy marked down dresses even with all that no refund or exchanges

SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!! Its been over 2 and a half months since I placed my initial order!!! I placed an order for $102 on August 22nd. I received a partial order a couple weeks later. The item I did not receive was a custom tee, so all was well and I waited the proper time (2-4 weeks for custom orders). I contacted customer service on September 27 and asked about it. She (Jamie) assured me that it would be shipped out any day. After waiting two more weeks with no change, I finally said screw it and attempted to cancel that portion of the order. Ironically, right after I attempted to cancel it, they printed a shipping label on October 20th, and marked my order as "fulfilled". Today is November 3rd, 13 days later, and UPS tracking STILL says label created Oct 20th!!! IT'S BEEN OVER 2 AND A HALF MONTHS SINCE I PLACED MY INITIAL ORDER!!! I love the clothes and style this boutique offers, but the HASSLE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT WORTH IT!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE! They have SO many negative reviews for the bad customer service and screwing people out of money, and it's my own fault for not doing my research. Don't make the same mistake I did!

I’m not having a very positive experience. I haven’t received all the items from my most recent order. I have also tried contacting you multiple times about it without a response. ORDER # 1085066 Side note. The items “well shit” sweatshirt you are asking me to review I never purchased.

I called 3 times to get a manager to call me back about giving me some refund on shipping. I did overnight shipping which was high but didn’t get my items in time. One lady (not a manager) said it will take weeks. Well the shipping never stopped me from ordering it over night. It never promoted me this was not an option. No one ever fixed this. Poor customer service.

Take me off of your email list immediately. I have NOTHING good to say about you and your fraudulent, scam business. Yes, your business needs to be shut down. You should be ashamed of the way you conduct business. You scammed me once. It won’t happen again. And, word of mouth goes a long way. May your business finally be shut down one day with your unethical business model.

Hey Elisa! I sincerely apologize about that! Your order was shipped on 9/24. Once a package leaves our facility, we no longer have any control over time in transit or delivery issues. I sent back two tshirts for a different size this last summer I never got my shirts and when I called they needed a number which I didn’t have so I was out my mo ey and two shirts.

Took 4 months for a beer cozy to get delivered. Other parts of my order “custom made” I found be on other websites cheaper and faster delivery.
