Unfortunately their return/exchange policy is horrible. I won’t ever buy from them again. They miss out on return business because of nothing being able to be returned or exchanged. I lost out on over a $150. They clothes seem like they are from China, very small fitting.

When I purchased from here I didn't take the time to read the return policy. Most places allow you to return merchandise, esp when you have not even opened the package. We no longer needed the items that were ordered. All I did was open the box to put the return slip in. Now all I can do is get store credit. I don't personally like this. I won't purchase from here again.

Bought a pair of leopard wedges and the first time I put them on, I noticed they started to tear within the first half of the day. Very sad I won’t be able to wear them since they are super cute. I cannot return them since they were considered on sale item.

I received my order of two dresses. One came with a damaged zipper. Neither fit, but I couldn’t get a refund because I ordered final sale items. When I asked about a refund for the dress that was delivered damaged I got no response. I should have got a refund for damaged merchandise.

I would love to give a review, but my order is lost with USPS, and SFC won’t file a claim with them. The sender files the claim, NOT the customer. I don’t know the full sender’s address, nor the packaging description. SFC customer service will not respond to my latest email, so next step is to dispute the charge with PayPal.

Didn’t like my dress .. I expected it white and it came out like a khaki color. The dress had a horrible smell to it . I’m trying so hard to make the smell go away . And the dress fits like a blouse ..

The absolute worst quality I have ever purchased and the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They finally responded to my email, none of my calls, asking for pictures which I sent along with several emails and no response. I am appalled at the treatment of your customers. The clothes came in, one absolutely covered in cat hair and another the zipper doesn’t work. The third item cut my breast from the inside being ill-made.

I love the look of your clothing just bummed that sizes are so off and trying to buy anything and return it is bs we don't get our money back and only get in store credit.

I'm not happy with the items I have received. I've tried multiple things in different sizes and nothing seems to fit right. I am unable to get a refund as well. Only store credit was available. This item did not fit across the chest or arms.

Most frustrating and awful experience. I used to order all the time from this company but will NEVER AGAIN! Ordered in December of 2020 and still have not gotten my full order. What I did get was damaged. The pull over that finally showed up the last week of May 2021 was ripped. The cup also had flaws. I requested to cancel the order months ago but no customer service would reply and they deliberately avoided it. Instead of waiting I should have done a credit card dispute right away.

Not impressed with this retailer at all. You cannot return for a refund you can only exchange. I should have looked into that before I ordered and that would have given me a clue to the poor customer service I experienced. I purchase one item; a dress and it didn’t remotely look like it did in pictures. Glitter all over the place which was not made clear on the website. Exchanged it for a top which as way to small, not even close the the size I ordered. I didn’t want to order anything else from this site so I gave the top to goodwill. $65 out the door. I will never order from here again. Mag

Worst experience ever. Online ordering is not user friendly and customer service is non existent. It all started with some boots. The boots took a few months to be delivered. When they did come, they did not fit well. Too big. I did not return them because I had a horrible experience with returning a wrong size dress from another order. I will never order anything from this company. Save your money and time. Shop somewhere else.
