At first I loved SFC! But after how poorly they have handled my return, I’m afraid I can’t say the same. To not even offer to replace my item after I paid $90 for a dress is absolutely absurd. First off I ordered a 2X in a dress. They shipped me an XS dress instead. When I addressed the issue, My return was confirmed and I was sent a shipping label and information on how to mail it back. so I picked out a replacement garment and sent my wrong order back. It has now been 1 month since shipping my item back and I have reached out twice with absolutely no help what so ever. I might as well have thrown my money in the garbage. I understand that there are limits to what they can and can’t do, but I was a loyal customer and All I wanted was a nice dress for my maternity pictures. Now I can’t even re sell the wrong dress I received because I sent it back! I’m truly sad to have to take my business elsewhere but after this whole ordeal, I’m done with SFC.

Worst customer service ever! Takes too long to get want you order. Now have to dress that won’t be worn because they didn’t come in time. Waste of money.

Bought a dress that I tried to exchange. Exchange was approved so I sent the dress back. After several months and several unsuccessful attempts to get in contact with anybody helpful, I left a negative review on google because I never received the exchange. I finally started asking for a refund and only got “I’ll need to forward this to customer service.” Eventually left a 1-star review on google. Only then did someone actually reach out and *attempt* to rectify the situation. She tried to send me back my original purchase, still refused a refund, but I finally gave up and settled on some earrings. Then I got responses from a person who hadn’t been communicative for months saying I couldn’t get a refund. I wish I would have listened to all of the negative reviews and avoid this company, saving me time and money.

Still never received my full order...... mikee was helping me but everyone seems to go silent. Really need to up customer service. Only received one item

This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered in the US. I know when you buy from stores located in China. You can expect you might not receive your items. I still have yet to receive part of my order. I have called and emailed multiple times over a course of a week. No response!

Terrible service and I could've ordered the same quality off Amazon for cheaper, and still trying to get a refund for items I never received

If I could give 0 stars I would. The shoes I bought (leopard and camo loafers) were poor quality with no stretch for your feet. They were tight and extremely uncomfortable and that's because I ordered a half size up. When I tried to get my money back unfortunately for me and conveniently for them, I couldn't because the price ended in .95. So knowing they were selling poor quality products they made sure to make the sale final by doing that and not budging. It was my first and absolute last time buying from this place. It was a total waste of time and of course, money. Their customer service was as poor as their products "apologizing" for the inconvenience. If they truly cared they would have actually helped and changed the situation. Why should they care care if they get paid regardless if you liked or even fit in your product or not. So disappointing.

Dress was the incorrect size. Returned it for a larger size but they never sent me the order. Ive called and emailed countless times and they wont respond. Dont order from them. Material looked like it was falling apart

Still have not receive my order that was place back in November??? It takes a long time for customer service to reply and no call number. I finally received 1/2 my order with no response. So not ok

I ordered multiple items in November. One of the items was a pre-order and I was told it would ship in January. The other two items were Christmas items. When I reached out asking when my Christmas items would ship I was told all my items would ship together. So I wouldn’t get my Christmas items until after Christmas. This was not listed on the website otherwise I would have just placed two separate orders. Then i was told mid January. Then it would be received in January, no one was helpful at all. Then, I got an email that SOME of my items had shipped. So if you had the ability to ship my items separately, why didn’t you do this before Christmas?? And at the end of all of this, I didn’t receive my pre-ordered item till February, after being told MANY times that it would be delivered in January.

This is the 3rd dress I have bought (out of 4 total) that I dont like. The straps are so long that the dress sits in an awkward place on my chest and my bra is half out. I dont have some full coverage bra either. Its not that I got the wrong size because it fits great everywhere else. I'm having to spend more money, on a dress that wasn't cheap, to have the straps shortened. So disappointed.

I placed an order on November 25,2020. When my order arrived in February, it was not the complete order and they said I would receive a partial refund. It was upsetting. I sincerely hope the boutique does well, however, I will not be placing any further orders with them.

I’ve been waiting 2 months on my package and I still have not received it. For some reason they weren’t able to deliver it to my PO Box and it was sent back to the sender. They have not responded back to any of my emails. I had to message them on Facebook and finally got a response. I gave them a different address and they said they would send it out as soon as they can. It’s been 2 weeks and still nothing. IF I ever receive my package, I won’t be purchasing from them again. If I never receive my package I will try to demand for a refund. If they even respond back. Otherwise they have scammed me.

Ordered a dress you didn’t have due to inventory error ordered beginning of December, had to reach out to you to find this out! It was a deal so I picked just another random tie dye dress didn’t really want so you refunded me the dress I wanted and I paid for a dress and shipping on something I really didn’t even want! Yeah it was a cheap dress but just feeling scammed! The tie dye dress looks like a night gown! Not happy at all. Love my sparkly shoes but never again will I buy clothing.
