My experience has been pretty bad. The first dress was far too short and big then I reordered two different dresses in the same size and they were far too tight and the patterns were way off. I would prefer a refund because nothing seems to work and it has costed me now on the upwards of $110 between ordering and shipping stuff back and now I have two unwearable dresses.

I was VERY unhappy when I ordered the Hollywood Nights Sequin Dress for a special event I have coming up. The pictures of the colors I wanted show very clearly WHITE with red sequins. It not only took forever to actually get to my house, but the material was TAN with red sequins. Will not work for what I need and was very disappointed that the pictures were no where near the actual color! Also, it had a giant tear in the side when it was sewed together and not sure if it would be fixable.

Return policy sucks. Send a promo for by two dresses and get a discount. Dresses both fit poorly. Too small in bust on one dress. The other too big everywhere, poor quality. Cannot Return either, because I didn't pay full price. Most ridiculous policy, I've ever heard of.

This is the last time I will buy. Every time I do it takes way to long for delivery. 2 months late for Birthday presents and the last time to late for my anniversary dinner.

I ordered a dress and it didn’t fit. I sent it back and ordered the Livin the Dream cinnamon sequin dress in xxl. It came in and is way too big. I tried to return it and it says it’s not able to be returned. I messaged on Facebook and asked if this could be resolved. I was told someone would get back with me and no one has. I have messaged again with no response. I have a $100+ dress that doesn’t fit. I’ve spent over $300 for my child’s wedding at this boutique and I would have liked to corrected this order.

Their clothes are from China and they add tags to it. They are a fake company who are just claiming chinas clothes. I ordered a dress that was a women’s medium and wouldn’t even fit my 10 year old daughter. They would not let me exchange for a bigger size. They are an American disgrace.

My husband ordered a red dress for me for Valentine's Day. Only it didn't arrive until after Valentine's Day and was way too large. I had advised him on my size according to your size chart. Long story short, we had to return the dress. Customer service wasn't very friendly or helpful. Very matter of fact and end of story. Will use my store credit and NEVER purchase from here again. ALSO, your models are either too fat or anorexic. Not like real women! Bad image to project for any woman!

Horrible experience. Take forever to get it, then sizes are way off. They won’t refund your money. They make you select from something else that also takes forever to get and then is sized too small, then they still won’t refund your money after returning it.

Clothing is like a 6 out of 10, super expensive for what you get and the “ returns “ Don’t ever process plus they take shipping out when they send you things that look NOTHING like the pictures

After the shipping mess of trying to receive my product. Once I received it finally the dress was very cheaply made. The zipper doesn’t work and honestly is misrepresented on the website. But after six weeks of waiting for it and needing a dress I’ll just eat my 100 instead of trying to deal with customer service again.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Southern Fried Chics and would give less than one star due to the response and way the matter was handled as I purchased the Harlow dress for my wedding. The dress was ordered on February 23, 2021, and shipped out to my location in Arkansas on March 1, 2021. I never received my dress and when the order still was not received over a month later I contacted the company on March 28th and asked how to fix the issue. The response was that my order was still in transit and I could file a claim with the Postal Service. Therefore, I had to file disputes and claims where necessary. Never once was there a refund offered or an option to have a new dress sent out to my location. On April 1, 2021, I received a notification from the company stating that the dress had been returned to their location. As I emailed back and forth with both Lataiva and Jaime, I informed them that I had filed a claim as I was instructed by Lataiva and that I didn't have another 36 + days to wait for another item to be lost in transit as it would not make it in time for my wedding. Rather than saying they would overnight the dress, their response to the whole situation was "Understandable". I have never been more disappointed in a company and would hate for this to happen to another bride or customer.

My order took two months to receive. I was told one item was pre-order, but nothing on the website never indicated that. Communication was horrible. It took a voicemail, several emails, and a Facebook message over the course of a couple of weeks to hear back from anyone each time I tried to reach out. Will never order from here again. I can’t even get a refund for my order.

I am extremely disappointed with the return process. I sent in my request for return over a month ago and still haven’t heard anything back from them (as they have to “review” your return request)! What happened to good ole fashioned customer service??

Terrible communication and customer service. They never respond to inquiries and returns are difficult. They are not equipped to handle the volume of business they are advertising for.

Very disappointed in quality of dress. Also shipping times are terrible. However customer service did expedited once it was ready to ship 5 weeks later. Received the dress and was so disappointed. Due to covid you can’t even return the dress for cash back just store credit. I’m now out almost 200 for a dress I can’t return

I received 2 right footed boots in February. Emailed once a week to try and not be a Karen, but really wanted these for an event.
