“The dress I ordered luckily was on sale because had I paid full price I would have seen Very Upset! The quality was so terrible! The tool/skirt on the dress was equivalent to something I would buy my small daughter at Walmart to play in. Of course since on sale it is not returnable. I will just have to donate it because I’m positive a resale store will not buy it from me.”

“The customer service is lacking to say the least. I recently moved and was waiting a very long time on a shirt to get delivered. I reached out to customer service weeks before the move and informed them so that they could update the shipping address, they told me they did and no worries. Well, the shirt was delivered to my old address. I reached out to customer service via Facebook messenger and through email explaining the situation and asking what we do now? Absolutely zero response. Guess they didn't want to deal with an unhappy customer.”

“The clothing is very poorly made, the sizing is all over the place, I wore a pair of sandals I bought for a couple of hours to and from the airport and on one flight and they came apart, a stone fell out of a necklace I bought within hours of putting it on. I made several hundreds of dollars worth of purchases, and the customer service is awful. I would NOT recommend Southern Fried Chics.”

“Dress finally came in for my wife. It is not true to size. It fits smaller than a large which was what was ordered. It doesnt even look like the dress that the models are wearing on the website. The dress is covered in glitter and glued on sequins that are falling off. When my wife opened it in our kitchen and tried it on on our bathroom the floors and herself was covered in glitter amd it was much worse after she tried it on. We have emailed, called, used the chat function on the website and left messages and FB messaged them and they have yet to reply to either one of us. This was my wifes first purchase and shes done said this will be her last. This dress was suppose to be for a wedding on Oct 2nd luckily she found a better looking replacement than what was ordered, because this dress originally looked like it wouldnt be in in time.”

They are custom made to order and can delay shipping of your order while they are being made. “Was not happy with the dress I purchased, both quality and fit. I didn’t realize the return policy. Seriously, you can’t return something that doesn’t fit for your money back? I would exchange it for something if you had anything in stock. Too many other places to buy from with more customer friendly policies. I feel like this is one of those online retailers that just doesn’t care about return customers. I won’t be one.”

“Unfortunately I was not impressed. I originally paid $65 for a dress (on sale from $10+) only to receive a very cheaply made, thin, scratchy and unwearable dress. I returned it, and since they don’t do refunds (seems intentional due to quality) I had to wait weeks to get my credit to reorder. So I reordered earrings and boots. The boots are cheaply made and probably won’t last more than one season. The earrings are so cheap feeling, they feel like plastic little kid earrings. Beyond disappointed and will never buy another item.”
