Ordered a pair of earrings and they never shipped them. Terrible customer service had to dispute my credit card after repeated attempts to get someone to call me back from SFC. I emailed and called repeatedly. No response from them until I filed w credit card company. Don’t waste your money

My poor review is because this will be the 4th time I have written a message just trying to get someone to look at the status of an order I placed the first of November. The order # is 992110. It has been over 3 months since this order has been placed. I am almost to the point to contact PayPal and file a dispute over a purchase I haven’t received in over 3 months and can’t get the business to respond to any messages. This is not the route I want to take but you are leaving me no other route to take. No one should have to go through this to receive the merchandise they have ordered. Please help.

I placed my first order with Southern Fried Chics few weeks ago, The purchase says delivered however I never received it. I've tried calling no answer, I've email to work something out as to a replacement or Refund. However few emails then nothing.

The shipping and customer service was all that put me off. The first Sherpa was stunning but the second seemed to have been a rushed product as the pockets we’re so small my hands could not fit in them. Also when an order take 2 months to get to you it’s cheaper to order from China. Then the rep says it’s I’m your fault for not reading the page correctly but I most defiantly did and on the Facebook version it did not say the item I chose was a preordered item!

Took 3 months for my order to arrive. They lost the main part of the order a Sherpa and boots that I had been waiting for since November (now Feb) poor customer service. Some of the products cheaply made.

Took a few months to receive an order that was meant to be a Christmas present. The Sherpa sweater is cute but missing chunks of fake cow fur.

Extremely disappointed in the time frame it took to receive the tops. It was over 2 months. Not the best quality I have ever ordered either!!!

I did a preorder for 2 jackets specifically for Christmas. Order was placed 10/16 and I did not receive till end of January. I never received and email detailing how long shipping ect would be and customer service was vague at best when I called. I want to order again but I need a clear time things will come to me. These were Jackets and in TX i only have maybe 2-3 weeks to wear them after receiving .

You pay for quick shipping and they tell you it may take as long as the average shipping and then they do nit answer you questions when you submit them. Poor customer suervice!

Recieved my shirt after 6 weeks. I knew it was made to order but expected it to be perfect. It is a cheap cotton HUGE MENS tee shirt with a small neck hole. It is awful. Looks like a paper bag but chokes around my neck. I have ordered MANY things the past couple years. Some good but when it's bad...it's real bad. I've had to pay more money to return items due to incorrect size and wait weeks on out for items. I've had ALL 3 pieces of the brand logo yoga/workout clothes have holes in them and shred instantly from when I recieved them. I've contacted customer service immediately and they apologized and said they would get back to me with replacement or refund AND THEY NEVER DID. I know its a small company that is growing but customer service needs to step it up in order to keep clients returning. Sadly this last shirt was one I was looking forward to and didn't mind waiting soooooo long because I really wanted it. But to recieve it and know I could never wear it AND the company will not do anything to make it right ..... I ordered in November and did not receive my items until February. I emailed, sent messages, etc and never heard from them, yet they would send me coupons to order from them again!! Never received help or heard from them!!! Horrible service!!!!

After waiting two months for my products both bracelets broke and the cup lid was cracked when I received it! I am not bothering with your customer service because in the past I have gotten no help. I just know not to order from you ever again! Buyer beware

I ordered items in early December, I did not see the fine print that items may not deliver before Christmas. When I called about 20 days after my order was placed I was told that because one item was a pre-order that my other items would not be shipped until all items were in stock and they would ship all items together. I wish I had read previous customer reviews and I would probably not have ordered from them. Customer service was horrible and it was a flat out lie that all items would be shipped together as the items shipped separately. Items were nice but very disappointed with the luring discounts that couldn't be fulfilled in a timely manner.

So disappointed. Took 3 months to recieve my order. And when it arrived it was damaged. Packaging wasn't touched so it must have been before they shipped it. Will not be ordering from this company again.
