Some cute items but the most unreliable shopping experience. I won't be shopping with SFC again. Takes way too long to get products and items keep getting refunded from my order. Now I don't have the full outfit I ordered.

Took almost 2 months to be delivered. I was in contact through email about canceling order, since their policy was 10 days to prepare order... and it was way more. Order was supposed to be canceled... it never was... no refund given. Then, order came last week, and the tumbler lid is broke. Stilllll waiting for response on this issue now.

I tried to contact them MULTIPLE times about an item that I purchased and never received a response. Highly frustrated.

Your company is absolutely terrible.. I still have 73$ floating around in their pocket but I never received what I ordered and as if that wasn’t bad enough, considering one of the ordered items was a birthday gift I had already told someone they were getting, theeeeen I get BLOCKED FROM THEIR FACEBOOK when I try to reach out for an inquiry.. I sent multiple unanswered snd unopened messages over a 3 week period, and I also left multiple voicemails without even ONE SINGLE CALL being returned. The sad part is... I had to ordered placed and my first one was great, but I promise you guys for the way you have treated me, I’ve made sure to tell everyone I possibly could and then some. WORST MISTAKE EVER!!!! Thank god for PayPal to be able to return my money from these THEIVES! Below I’ve attached MULTIPLE screenshots of attempts to settle this without trashing the company’s name but, they don’t seem to care either way. So if they don’t how people view them, neither do I 🤗

I preordered the Bubblegum Duster. Website said it could take up to 8 weeks. Never got an update on my order. I had to email customer service at 8 weeks and received it at 13 weeks. Poor customer service. They resolved the issue but only after I brought it to their attention twice.

It took 6 weeks to get my each order and it was the wrong item for the both times. At this point I just want a refund. Not pleased with your services at all. I’ve attached the picture of what I keep receiving. I have yet to receive what I ordered.

I am so upset . I would never order from this company again. It has been a nightmare from day one. Order several items. Amd had to return. Nothing it true to size at all. The last items I received are terrible. I have to sell them to get my money back. Because the company does not refund your money. Absolutely disappointing

I have emailed and Facebook messaged with NO REPLY. Y’all sent me the WRONG dress and I’m extremely upset. It was for my anniversary. The one I wanted and ordered was pink, red, orange, and silver glitter. I got one that was purple, green blue, and pink. I HATE PURPLE. I’ve tried to get in contact with y’all with no reply I’ve loved your products but this experience has turned me off from your company.

Very crappy experience and will not be buying anything again from here. The stuff is nice but I refuse to pay so much money for stuff and it takes forever to get through processing that I paid $40 extra for three day shipping just to not have it for what I ordered it for.

If I could give -100 stars I would. I’ve literally sent dozens of emails, messages, even messaged you on TikTok abd even made a TikTok steering people clear of your business. You have poor poor customer service. Actually no customer service whatsoever.

Abysmal return/exchange policy. Ridiculously slow shipping. Grossly inaccurate size charts and no exchanges or returns. You can find the same designs on Amazon for half the price. I honestly have never been so disappointed with retail clothing.

The clothing was cheaply made, The tee shirts were ugly. Sorry I said it. Will never order anything from you guys again. I also don't recommend anyone order anything either. The shipping was really long too. Never again

Horrible. Cant even get an order right and can’t even get a response from customer service. I don’t know why you ask for these reviews because you do NO customer service recovery. Hopefully everyone will catch on and you will lose enough business to start paying attention.

Placed an order for 1 pair of earrings in mid November for a Christmas gift. It was not sold out or on a wait list. They did not arrive until January 14th.

You need to improve your response time on delivery’s. Even after a month of waiting plus some and me telling you to cancel the order you agreeing and I still finally got the items I ordered a month too late. Your communication lacks and I am very disappointed

If I could leave you 0 stars I would. It takes months and months to get orders in. There is literally no cares given from customer service. No return emails or calls. I had to file a complaint through the BBB and STILL no response. Besides that, I am not finding the same clothing items on wish and they come in the same quality in less time for a fraction of the price.
