The leggings I ordered were suppose to be a size xxl and that’s what the tag says but they fit a medium my 12 year daughter who’s 100lbs fits them smdh also shipping sucks. My stuff never gets shipped unless I call or email to complain it’s been 6 weeks since I ordered.

I dont want the 10% off for leaving a review because I wont be ordering again. Customer service is unacceptable and shipment takes entirely too long

Worst experience. I called several times because I had a question about products but I don’t think anyone live actually answers the phone ever. So I took a chance and got a pair of boots. I really wanted them in brown and gold but they were out of stock so I ordered the gray. A few days later I got a message that the brown and gold were back in stock so I ordered those as well it was very odd how I had to wait almost 3 weeks for the gray ones to come and suddenly the brown ones came one day after? That does not seem like an appropriate use of the shipping fees I paid. Secondly the boots with the gold in the back look nothing like the photograph at all they are bright Godey glitter that is falling off all over the place and the sizing that I measured around my calves versus what it says on the website is so off. Furthermore they will charge you a 20% restocking fee for boots and an additional 15% if the box is “damaged“ So they sell the boots for $50. Probably means they purchased it for $16. Then they’re charging 35% for me to return it because of the restocking fee and box fee so that’s 1758 so in the end the boots are free to them and we assume all of the cost. I might even consider keeping the gray ones except like I said they don’t fit I have written to their chat agent all of their annoying Facebook messenger messages and no one ever gets back to me. I am following up with a statement to the Better Business Bureau and I am disputing this with my credit card company as well.

What a horribly incompetent company you are. I should have read your terrible reviews before purchasing anything. I never received my package and was told to file a claim with USPS for it. What a sham. I doubt USPS has anything to do with it since I read countless of other stories about it happening to other people. I will be reporting your company to the BBB.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My boots came in with the zipper broken. No return or exchanges and no one will reply to me. Won’t order from here again!!

Extremely disappointed! The shoes we ordered looked great but all 10 pairs were too small. I didn’t request a refund, I only wanted to exchange the sizes. They were unwilling to help at all! If it was a small order, I would have moved on but TEN pairs of shoes, you’d think they’d be willing to switch out for a bigger size, since they are selling shoes are smaller than the normal size. They graciously refunded me $0.76, that’s right SEVENTY SIX CENTS! I wouldn’t recommend anyone do business with them. You can find everything they sell at other boutiques or on Amazon. I don’t expect them to even post this review, and this may be my very first review to ever even write. I’m just completely shocked that a small business wouldn’t be more willing to work with their customers to make it right. Be very careful of buying anything on sale, that’s how they trick you with their unwillingness to help with an exchange. Super shady!!

I have always loved them but now they ignore msgs and I can't get a response on my damaged order or the one that hasn't been delivered and the tracking number they provided ups says doesn't exist!⁸

Placed order and didn’t get til after I returned for New Years. I tried to do return and was unable, in speaking to customer service they stated it ended in .95 so that means you couldn’t return item. No where did it state that upon purchase. But apparently you should that prior to purchasing. I definitely would NOT ever make any future purchases and am out $45

I bought a pair of boots that run way large. The boots are gorgeous but waaay to big for me to even attempt to wear. I contacted the company for a return or exchange and they would not allow. The company has super cute stuff but I will no longer be giving them anymore of my business. There are plenty of other shops with just as cute stuff but with way better customer service.

The fabric seems low quality. I ordered two sizes that were 1 off of each other. The shirt fit as if it was two sizes two big and the dress fit as if it was two sizes too small. Their return policy is horrible even for exchanges!! Make sure to not buy anything on sale and do not use their promo specials (BOGO). You will not be able to exchange or return. $100 wasted.

So, I couldn't exchange a dress for a different size because it has been marked 25% off or more...when the entire store was 25% or more off from Black Friday through New Years. So no one from late November to the end of the year can return Christmas Gifts or exchange sizing. Seems like a fishy business practice. Who sells during the holidays and doesn't accept returns knowing full well that stuff happens. Yeah I think I'll take my business elsewhere.

Never bought from you. Daughter talked me into buying. I spend over $600.00 on my first order. And a lot of the items I purchased didn’t fit properly. So all I wanted was an exchange for a different size. Not my money back. Or a choice of something else. And guess what!! I was told NO!! Items were on sale. Didn’t even attempt to accommodate me! Extremely disappointed!! For the amount of money spent and nothing in return? I actually feel like I was Robbed!!! Which it’s factual since I’m not able to wear any of the items I purchased. How sad!!

Ordered a gift card for Christmas and I am still waiting for it to arrive. Would have like to gift something to recipient like an online email with the gift card information. Wish you had sent these out a different way so that they could be tracked. Have contacted via email and was told to wait.

I've been waiting for the other half of my order to arrive, I was told it would ship in November. My original order was placed in August 2020. I've emailed several times and called again 3 days ago and left a voice mail and I havent received a return call or email. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I received a pair of shoes as a gift like the ones I purchased but in a different print. One is defective and I cannot wear the shoes. The person who gifted them to me wants to return them for a full refund but when I chat with ya'll I get a response that says "someone will get back with me". She wants to return them NOW for a FULL refund. What's the hold up? The buffalo plaid shoes I ordered were perfect but the ones I received as a gift are not! Get with me please about returning the defective shoes and note, we will not be ordering from you again!

I am very disappointed with the product and company. The dress I received was not the color that was pictured and when I go to return it for store credit it says I can’t because a coupon code was used. Very unprofessional, I would NOT buy from this company or recommend it.
