My order was lost in the mail. Attempted to reach out to CS multiple times through email and social media and never received a reply. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time

I am so frustrated with Southern Fried Chics. I ordered a size 8 boots and they sent me a size 6. When I tried to process a return it rejected it because I order with a discount code that was higher than 25% discount. They have not answered me for 2 weeks and I have been dealing with this for 3 weeks. I would love to get the correct size but no one has answered me:( I am so disappointed.

BAD!! It’s horrible! Sizes are too small and they won’t refund your money ! Only exchanges or in store credit!

I ordered size 10 glitterbomb mermaid shoes and received a size 11. Bag the shoes were is was marked a size 10, but the actual shoes are size 11 per inner size marking. I wanted to return and was told I could not because these were on sale. I sent an email with picture of the size 11 shoes in the size 10 bag and would be allowed to return. However, link for return does not work. It says all items accounted for in other returns and item is grayed out and unselectable. I have not returned any item to Southern Fried Chics. Actually, I placed 3 orders this Christmas, but will never place another unless I can return these or any other items I that did not work for me. I should at least have free returns and store credit.

I purchased the Golden Goddess dress. When I received my dress, it’s not the same dress I purchased. It’s looks thrown together. It looks like the excess mesh of the sequin fabric was never trimmed away, before the pattern was cut out. The neckline of the dress I received was nothing like the advertised dress. The sequin pattern is mismatched going up the neckline/bodice. The sequin pattern is wider on the left shoulder, than the right shoulder. The color is not the same as the dress on the website. This dress was purchased in the intention of being my wedding dress. I have tried on several occasions to email, message on Facebook. I’ve yet to get a response. I wanted to see if they would exchange the dress they sent, for the dress on the website. I included 4 pics of the dress advertised. There are 5 pics of the dress I received. You can tell that the dresses are not the same, at a glance. I’m so disappointed. Customer service doesn’t seem to be a priority. I just wanted to get the dress I paid for. Because they don’t respond, it looks like I got scammed.

Speaking about my recent order of boots & a shirt; customer service is very lacking & it took 4 months to receive my shirt. The product description of the shirt said it runs big but I disregarded & ordered my normal size...the shirt runs so small & not only on me but the other ladies in our group that ordered the same shirt.

Took forever for my dress to arrive which I understand with Covid! But I could not see the snaps in the bust area on the picture and when I tried it on it looks like the “girls” are trying to play peak a boo.

i purchased 2 pairs of Howdy Chic shoes, both size 11. Neither fit like size 11 and I request a return which was rejected. I still have 1 pair which I have been unable to sell. the other I sold for what I paid from Southern Fried Chics. I will no longer purchase from this business, please remove me from your mailing list

Very displeased. Been a fan for 5 years, finally ordered a few weeks ago. My cotton candy sherpa came with dark purple/blackish stains on it. I've reached out to customer support and also posted and messaged on every facebook group / platform you have and NOTHING it's been over a week. Seeing comments I realize I'm not the only one. It's rather irritating you have a team of people advertising but they only respond to the positive review comments instead of getting back to people about there troubles. The only reason I havent unfollowed your page and left your groups is because I want my sherpa replaced or my money back & I'm hopeful that a company I've followed for so long isnt this horrible but, right now I'm losing hope.

Im still waiting on a preorder from October that was supposed to be here early December. Many people who ordered after I did received theirs already. I was told they had arrived in the warehouse two weeks ago and I still have no ship notification. I have also left several messages in different ways and have not been contacted back. I did receive my preorder boots. They were shipped in a bag and the bag was damaged when I received it., luckily the boots seemed in damaged. The zippers do not zip up easily and seem to be on the verge of breaking. They are pretty but I do not feel I got the quality for the price paid.

Ordered one pair of the snake skin leggings on November 17th 2020. Still haven't received them. Have messaged several times and each time I was assured that they "made their shipping department prioritize my order". Still nothing. I order from several boutiques online and none handle their customers the way SFC handles theirs. I will never order again. I will also be removing myself from the VIP group and unfollowing the facebook page, as soon as I get a full refund back to my card.

Terrible. I still haven’t received an order placed in Nov and no one will help me. There is another missing order they said I’ve received and haven’t. Finished with them and have to call the bank for a refund now for over $200. Terrible customer service. Don’t call- they won’t answer. Kathleen Adams

6 Weeks later and still haven't received my order. These "Chics" do not actually stock the items that are 'available' on their website and are basically just drop shipping from China. Check out their BBB reviews.
