Horrible customer service. Cheaply made items. Do not order boots! They are super thin, heels wear out after less than an hour use, zippers are cheap and not the right size for book. Boots come delivered rolled up in a plastic bag. Clothing is cheaply made, sizing is off. Do not recommend

Boots run very small. I usually wear a 7.5 and they said size up so I ordered 8s. I have never had an 8 fit so tightly before. And the item is non-returnable/exchangeable. I will not order from this website again.

Makes you wait months before responding, or will tell you they're working on your order...2 months later they've "oversold" a preorder. No thanks, if I could rate 0 stars I absolutely would. I guess I got lucky that covid canceled all of my wedding festivities, cause now I don't have a rehearsal dress. Cooooooool

Totally disappointed!!! I ordered a cotton candy Sherpa and when I got it the southern chics decal on the front is printed upside down!!! I contacted you guys on December the 15th and once again December 20th and still no response!!!! I get the holidays r crazy but to be December 28th now and no response is ridiculous!

I've been waiting for my order from SEPTEMBER and am watching other customers get their orders from November delivered. I paid full price to wait for those that paid half price get their boots first. 10 out of 10 don't recommend ordering.

merchandise is nice.. but the customer service is quite lacking. They are rude and many times do not reply. Still waiting on order placed Dec. 3rd that was to be here by Christmas still has not even processed.

Placed my first and last order. Dress...cheaply made and too short Shirt...short, boxy Tshirt....poor quality graphics Customer service was lacking as well.

I ordered the laced and loaded boots in a size 8. However when I received them I got 1 size 8 boot and 1 size 9 boot. I have been trying to reach out to get this corrected and have got nowhere. It says my item isn’t available to return or exchange when clearly this isn’t my fault I was sent 2 different boots!

The shipment was delayed over 2 months which I understand due to the current times, but when I asked to cancel my order due to the fact it was too late for the purpose they were purchased for they tried to ask me to wait. I said no I want to cancel my order. 3 days later they shipped them anyway. I am very unhappy. I will not purchase anything from them again.

Worst customer service ever!! My order was halted by UPS on 12/15 due to damage and was investigated and the claim sent to SFC on the same day. The only response I have had from SFC is that I have to make a claim. The claim was already made by UPS and sent to them. I even contacted UPS and they sent the notification to SFC again on 12/22. Now I have am out money for two items I never received and can not get ahold of anyone at SFC to help with this issue of getting my items or refunding my order. I have called, left voicemails, messages on FB and Instagram, sent emails, and still nothing. I just want my 2 items or my money back. I am about to do something I never do and report them to BBB because this is just ridiculous and I am not The only one having these issues with this particular company. And I case you want to know my order # is 986132. I also have all correspondence with UPS about this order and how they are doing what they are supposed to but SFC is not!!

I received an email to leave a review but it’s a tad hard when I haven’t received my order yet after 3-4 weeks going by. My text updates stopped the day it was supposed to arrive and I haven’t heard anything since. So my review can’t be that great right now. Help would be awesome.

I had an issue with a bogo code so I sent a message immediately. I was told I could cancel the order and re order. Which I requested to have the order cancelled and I reordered to ensure I could get the boots in my size. The original order was never cancelled. And I emailed back and forth several times. Both orders shipped and now there is a restocking fee to return. So I paid full price for one order and half price for the second. And have 4 pairs of boots that I didn’t want and can’t afford to have double purchased. I so disappointed with the lack of assistance.
