“First time ordering and I will never order from SFC again. I paid $20 for 3 day delivery on Dec. 12. As of Dec. 28, the package still has not arrived!!! One week ago, the order had not shipped, and I asked that the order be cancelled. I never rec'd a response until I called my bank and placed a dispute. I received a response today, Dec. 28. Terrible customer service!!!”

“I ordered the lace and loaded boots which are very cute, after a long wait they arrived I put them on 1 TIME and the zipper was not applied on the boot correctly and did not have the stoppers on it so when I went to zip the boot up the Zipper just came right off. They are not fixable. I have reached out to SFC 3 times and they will not respond. They obviously only care about the sale and not about there products. I begged in emails to fix the situation before I made a review. I have gave them over a week to respond. With 3 emails to choose from and still nothing.”

“Never hot my order. I got someone else's and I need to know how to send back I got what looks like 2 pair size 8 pants, a medium duster, medium tie dye sherpa. I do not want this ..I want what I ordered. Ive messaged several times on how to return. What I ordered was a Christmas gift. This Christmas was all messed up thanks to a screwed up order . Very very upset with you all and im telling everyone I know how shifty you all are!!!!!!”

“I ordered a cute pair of boots. Took over a month to come in. I tried one boot on and the zipper was broken. Couldn't even wear the boots. I was going to return them but not even bothering since I read all the other reviews about their poor customer service and return policy. Waste of money.”

“Shipping is awful. Really. There should be a disclaimer when purchasing that it will be weeks to months before receiving your purchases. I made 2 purchases because the reviews were good... didn’t receive even close to the correct order on my first purchase, still waiting on my 2nd order from 11/15 😭 so far this has been terrible.”
