Nothing I ordered fits. The sz 10 shoes that I have been looking forward to fit like an 8, I am very disappointed. It has been difficult to resolve as I sent an email and the sparse response I got says that if any of it ended in a 95? that I can’t return it? This costs me $60+ for my first experience with this company so far. Not the review I wanted to write.

I've made 5 orders in the past month. 2 of them were incorrect; either missing items completely or missing part Of an item. I've emailed and called without resolution to my issues.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. I’ve had problems with both of my purchases and have left several messages and still haven’t heard back. Very poor customer service!

I would rather die than to ever order from you again! Have only ordered once, took almost 2 mths to receive 2nd item. It was NOT preorder or out of stock. Customer service sucks!

This place is a RIP off. They offer a black friday special sale but then tell you no refunds or exchanges. Their system changed the size I ordered to a smaller size. Why on earth would I order a smaller size to not be able to wear or give as a gift. What an evil trap. I will never recommend a company like this.

I received the wrong items then were ordered and was denied an exchange? That's an unfair way to run a business. No exchanges would be fair if the accident was my own fault, but not if it was your guys mistake.

Ordered 4 of the Sherpa sweaters. On one of them I was sent the wrong size 2 sizes too small. And on another sweater I received it ripped. Will think twice before ordering.

Took over a month for a pair of boots to leave the warehouse. When inquiring of the status customer service seemed to be non existent. Only after the boots left the warehouse and arrived did I ever hear back from them

The products when finally received were cheaply made and the absolute wrong size. Will never got Eder was r recommend this site. Will just eat the cost because if I did send it back no telling how long it would take for a refund.

Sizes are massively off and it's very disappointing. I went a whole size up in the Liz cognac boots and not even half my foot goes in them. So now I'm out the money and the boots because you refuse to exchange. I can understand not giving refunds but it would be good customer service to exchange or if you don't have it offer store credit but not a single thing was done to make things right for misrepresented sizes on your end and customer service was absolute garbage!

It took months to get my order. I contacted customer service twice, in addition to going through Facebook to try to chase down my order. No one ever responded. I had to file a claim through PayPal to get my order shipped. This is how businesses fail. I will definitely not be back.

Clothes do not fit according to size chart. Order a dress and it was too big. Order a size 10 in shoes and they fit like an 8. Will never buy from here again.

Clothing does not fit according to regular sizing and customer service is very poor. Return policy is non existent and when cannot return something because it does not fit is ridiculous. The items are poorly made and I will never buy from this Company again and every chance I get I will post on your FB page to not order and to read the reviews.

Sent me the wrong item, they made me send item back before they’d send me the correct item; so I sent them the wrong item back and still haven’t received any update on my item. I’ve left voice mails, no one returns my call, I’ve sent Facebook messages, no reply, and I’ve sent emails, no response.

They told me the Sherpa I ordered was oversized, they lied. I ordered my normal size-large. And the Sherpa was not oversized, in fact it was TIGHT. The Sherpa is scratchy too. I paid $60 and waited a month for something I would never wear. Sad.

Played games! I order something my wife a week passed and I got no tracking information. I emailed regarding it and was informed I had purchased a preorder item which I didn’t realize as that flag was small on the product. 2 weeks passed still heard nothing, so I emailed again and asked if I would receive before Christmas. I was told no we cannot guarantee that. I therefore asked for a cancellation and refund bc it was a Christmas gift. I never received a response to that however a couple hours after sending that I received an email that the label was created. So it’s not guaranteed a month out but within hours of requesting a refund a label is created. The status of the label a week later was still created and not shipped. So seems like the label was created to keep me at bay. I followed up after that week and asked for my cancellation and refund again and was told sorry it already shipped, even though it was still in label created status. Next day I finally get tracking information. Showing delivery in like 4-5 days. Then it was 2 days late which I know is on the shipping company but it was just the icing on the cake after a terrible experience with your company.
